Korean Pig Ears

Ingredients

Pork ear large 1 PC.
Onion 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Sesame oil 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Rice vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 4 teeth
Ground chili pepper 0.5 tsp
Ground coriander 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Bay leaf, black and allspice peas for cooking
Salt taste
Rast. oil for frying
Sesame for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Boil well cleaned, scorched, scraped and washed ear with one onion, bay leaf, pepper and salt for one and a half to two hours. At this time, fry the onion cut into strips until golden brown, add the carrots grated on a coarse grater, fry, stirring, for five minutes and remove from heat. Prepare a marinade from soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ground pepper, salt, crushed garlic, coriander and sugar, and pour over the chopped ear, combined with the onion-carrot mixture. Mix everything well and put in a sealed container overnight in the refrigerator. Sprinkle with sesame seeds when serving. Bon Appetit!
