Garlic arrows in Korean

Ingredients

garlic arrows 350 grams
vegetable oil b / s 3 tbsp. spoons
small carrots 1 piece
vinegar 9% 1-2 tbsp. spoons
ground coriander (to taste) 1 tsp
ground red chili pepper (to taste) 1/3 teaspoon
ground black pepper (to taste) 1/3 teaspoon
sugar (to taste) 1.5 tsp
salt (to taste) 2/3 tsp
sesame option
soy sauce option

Cooking method

  • Wash arrows, remove inflorescence.
  • Cut into pieces 3-4 centimeters.
  • Fry in vegetable oil over low heat until soft and color change.
  • Season with salt, sugar and spices. Refrigerate.
  • Grate carrots in Korean style.
  • Put to the arrows.
  • Add vinegar.
  • At this stage, you can add soy sauce, then the salt needs to be adjusted.
  • Add sesame seeds and stir.
  • Leave to stand for 2-3 hours. During this time, stir periodically.
  • Serve as a salad for a side dish or as a side dish for meat.

It turns out very tasty. You can use the spices ready-made for Korean carrots. We select the amount of salt, sugar, vinegar, as well as spices according to our preferences. Recommend!

Planted 360 pieces, so there are a lot of shooters, I made frozen lard for the winter and also froze without lard, but we can't cope. And now we can do it for sure!
By the way, not the topic ... At our dacha this year, peonies have blossomed earlier than in the regions south of Moscow, and this is the story with garlic ... and mushrooms have already been picked ...
