Cooking method

  • Melt the butter, cool to room temperature. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Whisk without stopping, pour in butter and pumpkin puree. Mix both flours, cinnamon (or vanilla) and baking powder, sift. Pour into the pumpkin-egg mixture gradually. Put the dough in a mold with a diameter of 25-26 cm, flatten. Top with sliced ​​rhubarb and almond petals. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes until a dry match
