white wheat flour 3-4 tbsp.
fine salt 2.5 tsp
sunflower seeds 0.5 tbsp.
sesame seeds 2 tbsp. l.
flaxseeds 1 tbsp. l.
warm water 3/4 st. - 1 st.
sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Rye bread with linseed and sesame kernels
  • First, prepare the dough :
  • - sift both flours into a bowl,
  • - add dry yeast, mix,
  • - add brown sugar or pour in liquid honey,
  • - pour warm water on top and mix with a whisk so that
  • there were no lumps.
  • We cover with a film, a towel and put in a warm place for 60-90 minutes,
  • so that the dough doubles and bubbles.
  • Cooking the dough itself:
  • - pour all the grains into a frying pan without oil and ignite
  • them 3 minutes, chill,
  • - sift both flours, salt into a mixer bowl, mix,
  • - make a hole in the flour and pour in the dough, oil, water, turn on
  • mixer on medium speed - mix for 5 minutes,
  • - at the end, add all the seeds and mix for another 3 minutes,
  • - grease a large bowl with vegetable oil, transfer the dough
  • into a bowl and grease it with oil. Cover with a film, a towel
  • and leave it warm for 60-90 minutes.
  • Cooking pastries:
  • - one large or two smaller forms are well lubricated with oil,
  • i lay paper,
  • - when the dough fits well, distribute to the forms,
  • grease with vegetable oil, cut a little diagonally
  • in a few mistas, cover and let rise for 45-60 minutes,
  • - heat the oven to 230 gr
  • put a deep mold on the bottom of the oven,
  • - how the oven heats up to put the bread on the middle shelf,
  • pour 2-3 cups of boiling water into the mold,
  • - bake for 15 minutes,
  • - then lower the temperature to 180 grams and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • The finished bread should ring if you knock on the bottom of it.
  • We take out the bread, put it on the wire rack to cool

1. I have not refined rye flour, you can use
