Ingredients

Raw herring 2 pcs, about 500 g cut
Salt 3 tbsp. l
Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Black peppercorns 10 pieces.
Allspice peas 10 pieces.
Carnation 3 buds
Bay leaf 3-4 pcs.
Water 400-500 ml

Cooking method

  • Do not defrost the herring until the end, remove the insides and lining film, cut into pieces and put in a container.
  • Prepare the brine, boil it over low heat for 5 minutes, cool, pour over the herring. In a day - ready.

20 minutes.
