Ingredients

Bulb onions 1 PC. weighing about 200 g
Flour 250-280 g
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 1.3 tsp
Spice optional
Lard / any other fat 15 g

Cooking method

  • Grind the onion with a blender until gruel; if it's out of the fridge, I warm it up a little in the microwave. I add a decent amount of spices (I take some kind of "shashlik" mixture) - 1-2 teaspoons.
  • I control the gingerbread man (because the onion comes in different juiciness), it should be ordinary. I baked such bread more than once or twice - it always suits well, it turns out delicious and fragrant. Sometimes I bake without fat.
