Sugar 1.5KG

Cooking method

  • We already have a recipe for lemon jam, but I have a completely different technology.
  • I read the recipe on the Internet, I was going to do it for a long time, but finally my hands got there.
  • I give the amount of food as I cooked, the recipe had twice as much.
  • It is better to take lemons bio, those in which the skin is not processed.
  • Wash the lemons properly, I washed them with soap and a brush.
  • Then we cut off the butts, cut the lemons into thin slices and carefully select the seeds.
  • We add lemons in a dose and fill with a liter of water. We leave the drenched lemons for a day.
  • The next day, put the lemons in a saucepan and cook until the crusts soften.
  • I did in Kuzin, multicooker program, level 3, time 40 minutes.
  • Lemon jam
  • When the crusts become soft, pour 1.5 kg of sugar into a saucepan and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • When the sugar melts, the syrup immediately begins to gel.
  • I didn't get a very thick jam, but not a liquid one either.
  • We put the jam on the jars, close the lids and put in a saucepan with hot water. We leave the jars in it until it cools.
  • It turned out very tasty !!! The jam is transparent, the crusts are like candied fruits.
