Meatballs of broccoli, peas, corn and greens with mint yoghurt sauce

Ingredients

Broccoli head of cabbage
Peas 150 grams
Corn Jar
Green onions, mint, dill
Egg 2 pcs
Flour 4-6 tbsp
For the sauce
Greek yogurt
Garlic
Mint
Red pepper
Olive oil
Lemon quarter juice
Salt

Cooking method

  • Turn on the meat grinder and scroll through all the ingredients. I had very small corn and I poured a third of the jar into the minced meat, for structure or something))
  • Add eggs, salt, flour and knead the dough. I don't really like to hammer the dough with flour, 4 tablespoons of flour was enough for me.
  • Meatballs of broccoli, peas, corn and greens with mint yoghurt sauce
  • Dip the meatballs in flour and fry for 10 minutes, turning over.
  • Meatballs of broccoli, peas, corn and greens with mint yoghurt sauce
  • Now the sauce - add finely chopped mint leaves to the yogurt from at least 2-3 branches, squeeze out a clove or two garlic, lemon juice, salt, chop a quarter of Bulgarian pepper with small beads and at the end a spoonful of olive oil.
  • Meatballs of broccoli, peas, corn and greens with mint yoghurt sauce
  • Meatballs are good as an independent dish for breakfast (with garlic then more careful), as a side dish are also great)
  • Meatballs of broccoli, peas, corn and greens with mint yoghurt sauce

The dish is designed for

25 pcs

Time for preparing:

30 minutes

Cooking program:

Pan

Note

Mint is great friends with green peas and yogurt.
This sauce is also ideal for seafood (grilled shrimp, squid rings, white fish fillets ... but that's another story)

mirtatvik, Admin, thanks for stopping by))
I spied the idea yesterday at IKEA, where they are small in size and dried in the oven. My daughter took them as a side dish to the fish, said that they had dried such a cool little idea .., so I surprised her in the morning and gave her a kick, it turned out very juicy and tasty. If you try, I highly recommend mint in the dough.
mirtatvik
Zhanna, but I really liked the idea with the waffle iron! Thank you, I will definitely!

Tatyana, I, too, was on fire to push them there

Jeanne, and the peas are fresh or canned. I don’t have fresh, but I’m not going to the market, it’s raining today. Well, I really want waffles according to your recipe ...

Jeanne, super. I used to post something like that in burgers in winter. There was no cabbage. Need to try. Although broccoli is unlikely to find. Somehow we don't practice it very much. And if with color?
Zhannptica
Tatyana, I had it frozen, I'm sure that it will fit from a can, the original had the taste of canned peas
Angela, can be easily replaced with green beans or cauliflower, it seems to me

Dip the meatballs in flour
Why roll in flour?
Zhannptica
Elena, I forgot to plant something broccoli)
Lenchik was an impromptu and I blinded him from what was, the early color was already ripe, I want to try vegetable waffles in a waffle iron) and about flour, as it seems, as always, meatballs are rolled before frying, so that later pour gravy and it would be thicker, and they did not fall apart in it.

Jeanne, made waffles according to your recipe.
Meatballs of broccoli, peas, corn and greens with mint yoghurt sauce
It was necessary to slightly adapt to the waffle iron, because the mass should be thinner. Ingredients: 150 g broccoli, 3 teaspoons of canned peas, 3 teaspoons of canned corn, 2 branches of parsley, 2 branches of dill, 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, 2 tbsp. spoons of mascarpone, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of flour (with a slide), salt to taste. I didn’t chop the peas and corn. She baked for six minutes. It turned out 6 waffles; that's how much my waffle iron bakes. I deliberately made a small amount to see how it turned out. In my opinion, for waffles, you can add a little liquid (maybe juice from a jar of peas).
Thanks for the recipe!
The hardest part of this recipe: Wash the grinder and grill plates
Zhannptica
Tatyana, what a beauty that !!!!! Well done!!
Instead of liquid from peas, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil is better. And it is easier to turn over and more useful than liquid with preservatives, but the owner is a master !!! It's just usually the same butter-based waffle dough

and I just plumped all the mascarpone into a mousse cake with strawberry coolies (I'm showing off)

mirtatvik
Precisely, butter is better! Thank you! And I feel that there is not enough liquid, and what - I cannot understand!
