Raspberry berry pie

Ingredients

Dough:
margarine 1 pack 250 gr.
granulated sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
eggs 2 pcs.
sour cream or kefir 4 tbsp. spoons
flour 3 glasses
soda 1/2 tsp
Sprinkling:
flour 1/2 cup
sah. sand 2 tbsp. l.
margarine or butter 40-50 gr.
Berries Raspberry, cherry, strawberry, currant
starch
granulated sugar

Cooking method

  • I suggest you try the cheesecake pie with berries.
  • Prepare shortbread dough:
  • Grind margarine with sugar, add eggs, mix sour cream (or kefir).
  • Add flour mixed with baking soda and knead the bun.
  • Raspberry berry pie
  • Put the dough in the refrigerator.
  • To make the sprinkling: Grind the margarine with sugar and flour into crumbs. You can make larger flakes. It will be good too.

I've been baking this cheesecake (it turns out) for "a hundred" years
It's like a tradition ... Remember? Every year on December 31st…. This is how our family has a tradition to bake this cheesecake with raspberries every summer. Although you can probably make it with frozen berries. But fresh berries have such a cake aroma when baking. And it is done so simply and quickly. I really love shortbread dough, and here I also like it with berries, and for some reason I like it more with raspberries.

I have a big thank you from myself and from my whole family. Everyone really liked
Margarine in the dough was replaced with ghee in a ratio of 1: 0.8. The dough is wonderful. And the filling ... the filling scraped along the bottom, like that woman from the fairy tale about the Raspberry bun, plus the remains of red and black currants, a bit of garden strawberries and two rhubarb stalks. There is more sugar - the filling is sour. And everything turned out purring
I will do it repeatedly (we love shortbread dough). The next step is cherry (frozen), apple + orange, and possibly cottage cheese.
