3 tbsp. l. tomato paste, 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 hours. l. ground coriander, 1 hour l fenugreek, 1 hour l sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp wine vinegar, ground hot red pepper to taste. Mix everything and dilute with cold boiled water to the desired consistency. You can add chopped fresh cilantro and a head of onions. Very fast and delicious.

Gayane! Very good sauce composition, I make a similar one for pizza, but without garlic. So you don't boil it?
And with fresh cilantro is generally wonderful!
