Ingredients

HONEY DOUGH
Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Margarine 220 g
Egg 3 pcs.
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Soda 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • In a deep bowl (preferably enameled), mix 220g margarine, sugar and honey.
  • Put the bowl with the mixture on the smallest heat.
  • Heat with constant stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Add soda. Stir very well and stir all the time. The mixture will turn white, foamy and expand significantly. When the foam increases 4-5 times, remove the mixture from the heat and beat in the eggs (one at a time)
  • Add flour and stir. I sifted flour through a sieve.
  • The dough will turn out like a very, very thick sour cream - it mixes heavily, but you can stir it with a spoon.
  • Let the dough stand for 30 minutes. before baking.
  • Grease the cartoon with oil.
  • Spoon out the required amount of mass (the thinner, the more cakes will turn out), I IMMEDIATELY BECK WITH ONE BREAK FOR 4O MIN.
  • Bake the cakes separately, each for 20 minutes, the last even for 15 minutes, because by this time will be enough.

  • Then grease the cakes, let stand for 2-3 hours, and then put in the refrigerator.
