Cooking method

  • Install the Baking program. Put finely chopped onion in the multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, pepper, pork spices (according to your taste). Fry for 5 minutes under the lid and 5-7 minutes without the lid. Put Borodino bread cut into small cubes (without crusts) to the onion, fry for another 5 minutes.
  • At the same time, salt and pepper the pieces of pork, sprinkle with your favorite pork spices. Fry lightly in a skillet in vegetable oil.
  • Install the "Stew. Soup" program. Pour beer and meat broth into the bowl of the multicooker (you can replace the meat broth with water), add sweet peas, bay leaves, if necessary, salt and other spices. To stir thoroughly. Lay out the pieces of meat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Lightly knead the pieces of bread with a silicone spatula.
  • Add lemon zest (I had dry), dill seeds, cumin. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

  • Bon Appetit!

Note

I cooked this dish for the first time. I like it. In such a downpour, as we have now, it is good to eat chops and wash them down with beer!

Yes, Daria, it turns out a thick sauce (quite original). I won't say that this is a daily dish, but sometimes you can cook it for a change. Thanks for stopping by

an interesting combination - bread and beer - such a sauce should be delicious for pork! I'll try! Thank you!!!

kavmins, the sauce turned out to be very fragrant (I think that, first of all, due to dill and caraway seeds, but there is also a bread aroma). In Czech cuisine, bread is often used to prepare various dishes. Bread, beer, pork are very complementary foods. These chops are usually served with stewed sauerkraut, but I wanted them with potatoes. Thank you for stopping by

Oh, Tanyush, I love pivasik very much, especially if not sour and not bitter, but ...
Now I decided to "podyukanitsya", so this drink closed for me for a long time. But I will definitely cook potatoes with a cucumber and my own chop.
Thank you, Tanya!

TatyanaThank you for the recipe!
I moved a little away from him, because the chops were already cooked, but they turned out to be very dry. I cut them today, and then everything is as written
Delicious!
