Ingredients
Medium zucchini 1 pc.
Chicken egg 1 pc.
Hard cheese (Russian, Kostroma, etc.) 100 g
Various chopped greens (dill, parsley, basil, green onions) 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking method

Grate the zucchini and cheese on a coarse grater, add the egg and finely chopped greens, knead everything well, you can add a little salt to taste Immediately fry on very moderate heat.
It is recommended to eat it with yogurt, but you can eat it with sour cream.
And you can do without anything. Delicious!

Yes, in my version of this recipe there is no flour at all. I never add flour to potato pancakes either. And so that these, zucchini ones, do not fall apart, it is better to fry over moderate heat, take your time, let it "grab" properly on one side, and only then turn it over.
