Chamomile
Thank you so much for the recipe. This year I experimented with tomatoes. Made several new recipes from our site. I walked around your tomatoes in circles. I waited to marinate. Since, according to your recipe, I was the first to make tomatoes, I began to take a sample from them. Delicious! The taste is like that, I don't even know how to describe it. On the one hand, like tomatoes, and on the other, it looks like a salad. Apparently onion and oil give them that taste. Even the tomato peel is soaked in oil and delicious, edible. And onions, in general, like from salad, are immediately pickled and with oil. Very tasty, I will definitely do it next year! Thank you! Only I didn't really like the taste of cloves in this recipe. But I don't really like her, maybe that's why. I will not put more, there is more than enough pepper. And I just really like that they are sterilized. I do it in the airfryer, it is convenient, not tiring. I like to cook less with pouring, more fuss. And here everything is fast, clean and tasty!

Ol, me too. And I don't like cloves, but in the cucumbers from Aunt Margita they come in very handy and their taste is not so strong. But in tomatoes I really feel this taste. And I liked the tomatoes. Thanks for the recipe

That's right, that's why I put a clove, by analogy with cucumbers. And I always try to do everything according to the recipe for the first time. And subtract, add later, to your liking. But here it is very tasty and cloves did not interfere. Three tomatoes remained and a little onion at the bottom, and I drank almost all the brine.
OlgaYUB
Thank you girls for your feedback! I am very, very pleased that you liked the recipe. Indeed, the onion leaves inlet! Every year I try to put more of it in banks, but still, almost into a fight for it. You don't need to put cloves. Clove is really not for everybody. Everyone also likes the brine, but then I really want to drink from it.
THANKS again for your feedback!
susika
I like tomatoes only in this form, canned. I can immediately eat a 750 ml jar myself .. and the marinade is also used .. does not remain at all ..
OlgaYUB
Laris, my girlfriend is the same, a bank at a time! And he'll drink the pickle too!
Mirabel
Olga, Oh, can you not twist it somehow? store, for example, in the refrigerator.
I don't have a seaming machine, but I have enough space in the refrigerator in the closet.
Tusya Tasya
Vika, are there any cans with screw caps? They can be used, just do not forget to check the tightness. Otherwise, everything is the same. Olya has just such an option in the recipe in the photo.
OlgaYUB
Vika, maybe you can, but I think very, very not long. That is, the tomato is salted and eat it right away.

Natasha is right, if only jars with screw caps. I do in them. They stand calmly, sometimes another can remains for the next year, but this very rarely happens, we eat it right away.
Mirabel
Natasha, Olga, Yes Yes!!! of course! a lot of this good! (y) Thank you very much!
OlgaYUB
Vika, and in my photo in the same banks. I only use them.
Ekaterina2
OlgaYUB, thanks for the recipe! I made several jars last year. But I made 5 different recipes, since there is no favorite recipe and I salted only when necessary, so that the summer cottage tomatoes did not disappear. So, mom only remembered your tomatoes! And she asked me to make "those with a bow, and the oil floats on top" again.
OlgaYUB
Katyusha, it’s very nice that your mom liked the recipe.I haven't rolled such a tomato this year, but I will definitely. And how did you like the onion?
Ekaterina2
OlgaYUB, she just remembered it thanks to the bow! I put more of it this time.
OlgaYUB
I increase the onion rate every time, but alas! it is still not enough for everyone. It looks like you need to make onions with tomatoes, not tomatoes and onions.
Svettika
Olga, please tell me how much 9% (6%) vinegar to add to 1 liter brine? I think this information will be useful to many!
Ilmirushka
OlgaThank you so much for this recipe! I love tomatoes in any form from fresh to tomato juice, but due to problems, I can't eat pickled and vigorous-salted tomatoes, but I want to. But these tomatoes were cooked by my mother-in-law ... she would still cook them, but alas ... already age and memory. At one time, she did not take the recipe from her ... and thought that I would not find them anywhere, but on HP in Greece there is everything! And now, I found it! And there is very little salt, and sugar, and butter, and onions, well, in general ... even when reading, salivation begins
OlgaYUB
Ilyirushka! It is very pleasant that the recipe has returned to you again! Cook for your loved ones, loved ones and please them and yourself. Thanks for your feedback!
Svettika
Olga, Will you answer me? I was looking forward to seeing Temka!

Chamomile
I think you can use the post on the first page from Admin and recalculate yourself
Svettika
Chamomile, Olga, thanks for the advice - I re-read the whole topic, I saw the table, but I don’t really understand how to use it, so I asked the owner of the recipe. I think that OlgaYUB cooked spins with different% vinegar. Still, she is more experienced in this matter, I would like to hear the answer from her. Perhaps this option is possible?
Ilmirushka
Svetlana, since I know the taste of a tomato according to this recipe well, and I know that the brine (or marinade) is drunk like a compote, I dare to assume that you need very, very little vinegar, I would even say purely symbolic (to taste). Let Olga correct me, if anything.
Svettika
Ilmirushka, thanks for the help! Yes, I also know the taste - my mother cooked ..., but I did not find any vinegar in her notes. A little - a loose concept, that's why I asked a specific question, but not fate - Olga doesn't want to answer me. By calculations, I calculated that I need to pour about 45 ml of 6% vinegar into a 1.5 liter jar (only this one I have). So?
Ilmirushka

Svetlana, I did not have this recipe at all, and I did not calculate according to Tatyana's (Admin) tables. I suggest we wait for the author Olga.
Svettika
Ilmirushka, Thank you! I can't wait - in the process! I will do as I calculated. Olga didn't want to answer me ... I won't bother her anymore.
Elya_lug
Svettika, there is a vinegar calculator on which it is easy to count.

Svettika
Elya, Thank you! There I counted!
Elya_lug
Svettika, well! I have it in my bookmarks.
OlgaYUB
Svettika-Svetlan, excuse me please, I really did not notice your message! I have problems with the Internet, it jumps, crashes and that's it. have to load - reboot. I apologize again! I use vinegar for tomatoes 70%. At home I have different vinegar so that I don't count anything. Therefore, I cannot tell you, if only to make a recount. I apologize again!

Aunt Besya
I posted the recipe back in 2009, once I made such tomatoes every year, they went off with a bang, then home preservation somehow got fed up
6% vinegar per liter you need 2 tablespoons

Jelly tomatoes (Aunt Besya)

Tomatoes with onions and vegetable oil
OlgaYUB
I also have a recipe for jelly, and this one is without jelly. They taste similar.

Girls, and green tomatoes in such a marinade is possible?
Ilmirushka
Olga, I'm not at all special in blanks, I will express my opinion, as a lover of tomatoes and their devourer eater. Tomatoes according to this recipe are sooo tasty, and they have a very thin skin by the time they are ready. Green tomatoes are slightly different than red ones, whether they are the same in quality ... I don’t know, but no one forbids experimenting and then sharing experience and the result.
OlgaYUB
I didn't do it with green tomatoes. Of course you need to conduct an experiment. And then, who loves green tomatoes and who does not. Taste and color ... Try it!
It is very pleasant that the recipe was to your taste!
susika
I don't know what green tomatoes taste like, I haven't tried pickled tomatoes, but if you try, the sterilization time, I think, needs to be increased.
Ripe tomatoes will be softer than green ones
OlgaYUB
Exactly, exactly, Laris!
Mila Sweetheart
I made 2 jars for testing. In winter we will taste it.
OlgaYUB
I hope there will be no disappointment!
julia_bb
I also liked the recipe, I'll try to roll up a couple of cans tomorrow)
Thanks for the recipe
OlgaYUB
The yummy is still the same !!!! Be sure to try!
julia_bb
Olga, yes, definitely. And just wash the cans before putting the tomatoes, right?
OlgaYUB
Yul, I always process the cans in this way, washed them with detergent, rinsed them with soda solution, and then either pour boiling water or into the oven.

julia_bb
Olya, okay, I see, thanks
susika
Wash the jars and microwave for 3 minutes (900V). I always do that. Fast, not troublesome.
OlgaYUB
Laris, there are few cans in the micra. In the oven more or just scald with boiling water.
julia_bb
Quote: OlgaYUB
or simply scald with boiling water.
Yes, it's better, because then they must be sterilized again with tomatoes, right?
Quote: OlgaYUB
Cover with lids and set to sterilize (after boiling water for 10-15 minutes). We take out the banks, add 1.5-2 tbsp to each one. l. vegetable oil and roll up,
OlgaYUB
Of course, Yul! For all the time, not a single can exploded!
Tricia
Wonderful recipe!
For many years I have not made salty preparations in cans, but I could not resist and put 6 jars of 500 ml each. While sterilized in the microscope, the smell was so delicious! Let's try it in winter! ...
OlgaYUB
Indeed, the smell is very pleasant!))))) Bon appetit for the winter!))))
