I don’t know how to insert it. Really all of Panasonic?
Lola
tenidia , but you can first question: Are you just looking or have you already bought?
tenidia
I realized my mistake. I ordered Panasonic, but the warehouse ran out for 3440. And in other places 5000-6000. Moreover, there are few sales outlets in St. Petersburg, and online stores are even more expensive than in Moscow.

HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About the multi-hunter:
The reverse side of the multi-hunter: 🔗

nikolen
Dear multicooker owners, help adapt the recipes to HOTTER. The second unit attracted a large number of functions, but its modes do not quite correspond to PANAS, and I really want to master and taste your goodies.
Cooks, help !!!
Elena Bo
Only you can adapt the recipes. You have a completely different saucepan. Only you know how it functions.
nikolen
Really, none of the members of the forum have such a unit ???
Mams
Here on this page https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1762.120, discussed Hotter a little, at least there is a comparison of Hotter and Panas modes.
nikolen
I would like to join the discussion of HOTTER. Conducted an experiment-baked biswit in it. The process is long on Vexing mode. It takes a lot of patience. It turned out to be an unusual light and not toasted top (as if wet). but quite tasty. In the conditions of a summer residence without an oven, they will eat for a sweet soul. Shop assistants say they tried a muffin pan oven with a hole inside (instead of a pan, it was placed directly on the heating element). Omelet - on the languor mode.
natalka
It seems to me that the Simmering mode for baking is not very suitable because the temperature on it is not very high so that it does not boil very much, or even better so that it does not boil at all, but it was on the verge, which means that somewhere around 100 degrees When baking, the temperature should be definitely higher, so I can assume that it is better to use something like Frying or Boiling.
nikolen
The "cooking" temperature is clearly higher than 100 grams. If it boils, then it is very strong, and the frying mode is probably 180 degrees. In general, even the store could not tell me for sure.
larimari
So I got the idea to buy a multicooker, almost withstood the struggle with my family, they do not share (I hope that only for now) my obsession with cartoons, but in St. ... Hotter is sold at a price of just over 4 thousand, so it turns out to be more realistic to purchase. Can someone tell me how much they differ from each other, and whether it makes sense to buy a Hotter. I already have an Airfryer Hotter, and the company itself raises no objections, they use it quite often. But on the forum and good-cook all recipes are given for Panas. Hotter does not have a baking function, but you really want to try multi casseroles. In general, continuous agony and doubts ... Advise how to be?
nikolen
In fact, it all depends on what you do the most and where. Exchange has both saucepans. They are very similar. If baking is not the main function, because of which you buy, then the HOTTER is very functional. Again, 2 pots of different displacement and the frying function is very handy - he plows at my dacha seven days a week.Hotter recipes are included with purchase in a separate booklet. If interested, I will write. But you have aroogrill - it replaces many appliances and is functionally much richer than multicooker. And the casserole turns out super there (she did it herself).
larimari
Most likely, I will make soups and, of course, stew meat and vegetables, attracts the volume of the bowl. It is good to cook in an airfryer in small pots, but you want more. I made the casserole in the airfryer, I like it. But on the forum, everyone is so colorfully describing the possibilities of multi ... And in Hotter there is a deep fryer and a frying program, it's also interesting ... I'm completely confused in the choice ..

Please tell me how difficult it is to adapt the recipes to Panasonic for Hotter, or the principle of cooking is the same. Is it possible to take them as a basis without changing anything?
kinski
larimari , try to consider another option ... pressure cooker Unit USP1000D ... I want to buy it ... the price is about 3000 r.

Thanks for the advice, I'll watch ...
nikolen
I also tried to adapt and worried at first. but then I realized that everything must be approached creatively. Frying. stewing, pilaf. soups, buckwheat in HOTTER are just wonderful (and vegetables too).
Not worse than PANASA. You need to understand and adapt.
You can change modes (combine) during cooking) In Panas - only turn off.
We choose time everywhere, add and subtract ourselves. He doesn't seem to be able to bake, but who knows, he should try it on the frying. After all, we fry in baking. I tried to make a biscuit. The view is unusually white, but they ate mine and did not understand where it baked.
I am not campaigning, but one negative opinion that is referenced everywhere is purely personal and subjective. Much that is indicated as disadvantages for others may not be so.
Until you try to master it yourself - you don't know your technique or not.
And there is no super ideal device "All in one and for all occasions".
larimari
nikolen, thanks for the advice.
I have great respect for Hotter, most likely it is their cartoon that I will buy.
In the store I measured the height of the multi, it seemed to be 24 cm, and for me it also matters, because there is not much space for the multi, and the kitchen cabinet also hangs low (the distance to the table is 26-27 cm), and the Panasonic may not fit. Here.
I understand that the main thing is to understand the principle of cooking, and the programs are similar, therefore, there should not be much difference in the recipes. It's just that for Panasonic everything is so detailed and beautifully painted on the forum, and there are not many owners of Hotter, unfortunately ... and they don't write their recipes (or maybe I just didn't find them).
Thanks again.
Mams
In a multicooker, the main and main thing is porridge and stewing. Roasting in Hotter. Decide what you most often cook - here you will understand what you will need and more in demand.

For example, on the airfryer. Someone squeaks with delight, and someone, on the contrary, regrets the money spent. Therefore, you need to clearly understand whether you need a device or not.

We eat stews and vegetables more often. I like the casserole in the cartoon. When you don't feel like harnessing the oven. Soups work well again. In general, a slow cooker is more for diet food.

larimari
Mams, but you can also cook porridge and stew meat in Hotter ... There will be problems with baking, but I have both HP and an airfryer ...
Again, Hotter has a deep fryer, also an interesting point .. In general, I was completely confused about what to buy
And it's not easy to find Panasonic in St. Petersburg ...
nikolen
Yes, that's for sure, there are much more PANASA fans. My household likes everything I cook and cook more from HOTTER. For me, it was unexpected.
I do not quite agree with Mams about the purpose of the HOTTER. Stews, vegetables, etc., as well as soups, are very good in it. Borscht is obtained as from a Russian oven (there is something to compare). The main thing is to follow the cooking rules. And the stewed potatoes with meat have a more familiar taste to us - it is boiled during stewing, and what kind of stewed cabbage with sausages turns out - the husband was delighted. We fry everything much faster than in PANASE and then cook in any mode, and in my experience, the stewing mode is more intense than in PANASE - it is cooking faster and faster. Buckwheat with rice is no worse - the main thing is to observe the proportions of cereal-water. everywhere there are subtleties. After all, the pan itself does not cook and will not lay food.
There are deep-frying and steamer options. And I also made boiled pork in it according to the recipe from LANAS from the forum.
With baking - yes, it simply does not exist as a regime, but in PANAS, many adapt to do what was initially missing in the instructions.
We need to experiment. Both MULTIs are good - each in its own way!
larimari
I think I have a few more days to think about ...

nikolen, and the recipe book that comes with Hotter is quite small? Using it, you can decide on the cooking time of dishes, since a lot is cooked faster than in Panasonic, in order to use recipes from the forum?
nikolen
There, as in the PANASonikovskaya instruction, different dishes are given one at a time from the first to the fondue. The cooking process is fully described by weight and modes, as it should be, and even with a photo of the result. Based on them, you can understand the process of preparing similar dishes.
Nobody mentioned what can be done in NOTTER and FONDUE is another exotic opportunity for amateurs.
In fact, everything is simpler than it seems - both on the stove and in MULTA, only it is simpler and there is less dirt - the result is better.
larimari
Oooh, fondue too !!!
Thanks again for the info
nikolen
It's my pleasure. How can I help in mastering the HOTTER. She doubted and suffered for a long time. but now I have stopped and enjoy cooking.
larimari
Well, here I am with MultiHotter !!!!
Now I will master this miracle of hostile technology, I have already made a hodgepodge, but it seems I have gone too far with the liquid, but the smell and no hassle !!!
The only thing is that I still do not quite understand in what modes and in which direction to turn the valve on the cover. When cooking, it is clear that it must be open, but when languishing, it must be opened?
Mueslik
: :) Girls, you write, write (dreamily)
It seems I already want it too, multi-hunter ...
Especially since frying is profiling there, and we love fried so much
Why are unhealthy foods so tasty ?!
nikolen
Congratulations on your purchase !!!
It's simple. The valve has 2 positions: oil smoke filter - when frying and deep fat, the second one for all other modes. When languishing and evaporation is not so active.
Remember to open the filter and wash the insides. Do not leave the lid closed with the inside of the filter wet for a long time - there will be a mold smell inside the pan (there was an experience) - dry and wipe everything.
I was told at 7 Hills that they tried baked goods right in the Kugelhoff muffin tin with a hole inside. It was placed directly on the heating element and it turned out something like a Soviet-era "Miracle" stove, but this is not verified information.
larimari
Thanks for the advice!
Mastering the cartoon is in full swing. For the first time in my life I cook jellied meat! She took the recipe from the dial tone, the author is Andreevna. The aroma is awesome! I don't know, really, what will happen in the end, but it seems to me that everything will be OK!
I was also told about pastries in the Kugelhoff by a salesman in "7 Hills" on Sennaya.
nikolen
Everything will freeze by itself and without gelatin, if the meat is correct and cook for a long time. Checked.
larimari
Everything really worked out, excellent jelly, froze quickly and without gelatin, and most importantly, no hassle at all.
kuwju
ABOUT! And I, too, with Hotter. Only one thing - I was not brought with a cartoon book of recipes. And without her, as I understood, it would be difficult for me to adapt recipes from Panas, because both modes and heat of both multicooker are different
If anyone has this book, please re-photo it here. I think not only will I be grateful
larimari
kuwju, congratulations on your purchase!
This is a wonderful unit! I enjoy myself for almost a week, from the recipes in the book I made only pilaf, and everything else (hodgepodge, pork with potatoes, jelly) from recipes for Panasonic. All modes, as it turned out, are similar, only you need to control the process a little. You will definitely get used to it.
kuwju
larimari, I will try. Will you write a recipe for pilaf? This is my favorite dish
larimari
Pilaf
(from the book to MultiHotter)

400 gr. pork
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
1 glass of rice
50 gr. vegetable oil
salt, spices to taste

Finely chop carrots, onions, pieces of meat, put in a bowl, add oil, paste, spices, salt.
Fry for 10 minutes in frying mode with the valve open, stir and fry for another 10 minutes.
Rinse the rice, add to the bowl, pour 1.5 cups of water. Cook in fry mode for 10 minutes with the valve open, stir and cook for another 10 minutes in boil mode.
I had a little more meat and I took 3 "cartoon" glasses of rice and, accordingly, 4.5 glasses of water. It seemed to me that the liquid was too much, I like it more when the rice in the pilaf is dry ... But overall I liked it.
larimari
I would like to note another advantage of Hotter - the presence of two pots in the set. In one I cooked rice and then in the second I put chicken in cream to stew.

However, cooking in a multicooker is exciting, and as a result, I became the owner of a small multi in addition to a large Hotter.
My first impressions compared to the MultiHotter:
1. The saucepan looks more solid outwardly, but after the first cooking, barely noticeable scratches appeared on the bottom, although I used a spoon for the cartoon. There are no scratches in Hotter for a couple of months of intensive use.
2. Valve. In the cartoon it is more pleasant to wash it. In a hotter, the valve must be removed, something must be washed, something just dried (and this is the time)
3. When cooking in a cartoon, the smells of what is being prepared are very much felt, even far from the kitchen, gastric juice is released with terrible force. There is no such thing in a hotter, sometimes it is even very convenient, especially when someone from the family does not like what is being prepared at the moment.
4. The hotter frying mode is much more intense than the multicasting mode. This is handy when frying something ...
5. Cooking rice in Hotter I liked more than in the cartoon. However, pilaf in mult is tastier and more aromatic than in Hotter.

I will experiment further. But I can already say that both of these "miracles of hostile technology" very successfully complement each other and very, very much facilitate the "kitchen life".

Who has a Hotter HX-200-1 multicooker ...... Need some advice !!!!
larimari
tay
I have a MultiHotter, today I read your post about milk porridge. Unfortunately, I can’t help, because I haven’t tried to cook one. And you did not look in the book of recipes for MultiHotter how to cook milk porridge, there seemed to be a recipe ... And look here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=4784.0, can you find something ...

I want to buy a multicooker, but I can't find Panasonic in our city. But the Hotter multicooker will be easier to order through the store. I have an airfryer, so I think is it worth taking a multicooker? Help with advice, please! I will be very grateful
larimari
borntolive , take a look here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=4784.0, not so long ago I myself asked the same question, MultiHotter did NOT disappoint me at all, it's just a little different from Panasonic. But it has its advantages: for example, it cooks rice and buckwheat better than Panasonic. It only does not have baking and the "Pilaf" mode (very convenient mode), but there is frying and deep fat. I also thought for a long time, before buying, and now I have MultiHotter and Panasonic, I use both ...
borntolive
larimari, thank you very much! I will definitely look, and I also hope that I will mature, save up and buy ... Thank you!
Kitten
larimari Thanks for the valuable comparison! Good to know!

I read a lot here, and began to think about the Hotter aero grill for the future ... Then I weighed all the pros and cons, realized that I didn't really want to mess with a huge bowl just for the sake of frying (I will cook, stew and bake in cartoon), and began to look at the multi-hunter as a frying unit.
A question for you, as the hostess of all these assistants in the kitchen: What would you be able to give preference to when choosing a hotter or a multi-hooter?
larimari
Kitten, this is a very difficult question - a matter of choice:
I started with an airfryer and it is in demand with me constantly... Then I bought a MultiHotter, and even later a Panasonic multicooker. And today I use a multicooker more often than a multi-hooter. If you have a cartoon, then, of course, choose an airfryer. MultiHotter basically duplicates a multicooker, and an airfryer is a completely different thing: fry, bake, boil in pots, smoke, preserve, etc.
Look in this topic about the airfryer https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ption=com_smf&topic=194.0, there is a lot of useful information !!!
Happy choice, it will definitely be right !!!
Kitten
larimari Thank you!
I read the whole topic about the airfryer, and my head was spinning .... only more doubts arose: D The fact is that I have an oven with a convention and a grill, but I don’t use the grill, because it’s hard for me to tear off this stove later. And chicken, meat, fish - I bake everything either in sleeves or in foil, generally in a closed version.
But I bake pastries in the oven with a convention - everything is fine.
Therefore, I started looking at the airfryer due to the fact that the very cooking of the grill is "cleaner" there. Plus smoking captivates, and canning.
So far, I hardly do canning (well, what if I start? Hee-hee) ...

I speak my thoughts, maybe I'll mature faster

And in an aero grill, you can smoke meat in addition to fish, so as not to buy this stuff from the store?

larimari
Kitten, I sometimes make smoked brisket, everything is very simple and quick, and of course delicious. In the sleeve in the airfryer, everything bakes wonderfully too. My oven is the most ordinary without any bells and whistles and the functions of the airfryer came in handy. It's cool to preserve right in the jars, the berries in their own juice without sugar turn out just fine, and the jars are sterilized without problems ...
Well, what kind of grilled chicken turns out the members of the forum wrote many times, I fry the meat only in it, without oil, it turns out almost dietary meat with a fried crust, in a frying pan I get it. Soups in pots are different for everyone. Well, etc.
Kitten
larimari Oh thank you! You interested me again. I will, as they say, sleep with this thought
Eleanor
I have both a Multichotter and a Panasonic multicooker. The multichotter is at the dacha, and the cartoon is at home in Moscow.
In general, my opinion is: both devices are very good, BUT! If I had a choice to have one thing, I would choose the Multichotter. Generally, a thing! You have not tried baking, but for me this question is not worth it, because the portion received in Panasonic is simply ridiculous. I need to have something left for both dinner and breakfast, and starting over again - I'd rather do something else. You can probably try to bake in a multi-hooter, but somehow it doesn't turn me on. I like to either bake in the oven, or in a micra, or an aerogrill, depending on what I want. She made the casserole in the Panasonic. Never compare to an airfryer casserole, never! Definitely, as the son of a lawyer says.
Frying in a multi-hooter is very good, I cooked the soup - no problem, which is great, it allows manipulations with an open lid, boiled potatoes are something! Although, it seems, what is special about boiled potatoes? Now, only in a hotter, if in Moscow, I prefer to cook on the stove, but there is no comparison.
Pilaf is very good at Panasonic, but I was once taught to make pilaf by Uzbeks, so I eat with pleasure from cartoons, and with pleasure from cauldrons.
In general, for me - the Multichotter is an irreplaceable gadget, which can also be chosen according to the color scheme: white, purple, orange or black.I have orange, it turns out that it is a very useful color in the kitchen for psychological balance.
Yes, and the display! Very convenient, simple, well, very!
larimari
Eleanor, please tell me how you cook potatoes in MultiHotter?
