Cooking method

Minced meat 1kg mixed pork and beef both with fat.
Add 300 grams of ground onions and ground fresh cilantro 0.5 cups rice fresh or dried basil -1 tbsp. l, fresh or dried thyme-1st. l, salt. black and red pepper to taste, 1 tbsp. l tomato paste, 0.5 cups of water.
Mix the minced meat well.
You can wrap in an envelope in boiled cabbage leaves, if they are small, after carefully cutting off the middle thickening.
But if the leaf is large, cut it in half, remove the thick core and fold the minced meat on the thin side, and leave the thick edge open.
If possible, place the sliced ​​quince slices on top. 3 tbsp. Dissolve 1 liter of tomato paste with water and pour the cabbage rolls so that the water almost completely covers them.
Cover with a flat plate and lid.
After boiling, cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
If there are any meat bones left after cooking the minced meat, place them in the bottom of the pan.
