Kharcho without hassle

Ingredients

Beef on the bone 1kg.
Onions 2 heads
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Raw rice 0.5 cups
Bay leaf 2 pieces
Tomato paste 2 tbsp l
Ground coriander seeds 1 tbsp l
Ground fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Imeretian saffron 1h. l
Hot red pepper salt to taste
Fresh coriander 1 bunch

Cooking method

  • Boil the beef broth. When cooking, add 2 heads of onions and bay leaves. Take out the meat, separate from the bones and cut into portions. Strain the broth. Put rice in hot broth and cook until rice is cooked. When the rice is cooked, add the tomato paste. crushed garlic, spices, chopped fresh coriander, hot red pepper and salt to taste and meat. Boil for another 10 minutes. Eat flavored tasty soup for health. If there is no meat or time, you can do it even easier. Fry 2 heads of chopped onions in any oil (I cook in sunflower). Pour boiling water into a saucepan and cook further according to the recipe. Also very tasty and most importantly fast.
