By-products with nuts-kuchmachi

Ingredients
Liver 400 gr
Light 300gr
Heart 300gr
Onions 1 head
Walnuts 100g
Fresh coriander 0.5 bunch
Ground coriander seeds 1 tbsp l
Ground fenugreek grains 1 tsp
Imeretian saffron 1 tsp
Wine vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l
Garlic 5 cloves
Thyme (thyme, kondari) 5 sprigs or 1 teaspoon dried
Pomegranate 0.5 pieces
Hot red pepper and salt to taste
Cooking method

Boil the liver, lung and heart. Remove from broth, cool. Finely chop 0.5 x 0.5 cm. Add ground nuts, crushed garlic, vinegar, chopped herbs, finely diced onion and all the spices. Thyme is a must in this dish. Gives a special taste. Add 2 tbsp. l broth and rub gently between hands. If dry, add more broth. It should not turn out not crumbly and not very wet. Finally add the pomegranate seeds and stir gently. The dish is festive. Serve on small plates. For some reason, the previous recipe is not completely gone.
