Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.
Sea salt pinch
Sugar 3/4 cup (250 ml glass)
Vanilla sugar 1 package
Sour cream 30% (Yogurt, Kefir can be used) 400 gram
Refined vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 1.5 cups (glass-250 ml)
Baking powder 10 grams (1 pack) -3 tsp
Cinnamon pinch
Nutmeg pinch
Plum 10 pieces.

Cooking method

  • The dough for this pie can always be prepared, since all housewives have such a set of products. Now I used sour cream of 30% fat, but it is possible to use less fat. Sour cream can be replaced with any fermented milk product, but if it is, for example, very liquid kefir, then the amount of flour should be slightly increased.
  • In one container, using a whisk, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of sea salt. Add 3/4 cup sugar and 1 pack of vanilla sugar. Mix and add 400 grams of sour cream. Mix everything again and pour in 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Stir and set aside.
  • In another container, combine 1.5 cups of wheat flour and 1 package of baking powder, mix. I used Dr. Oetker baking powder.
  • (If you use soda, then you need to take it in half as much as the baking powder, that is, 1.5 tsp. Add soda not to the flour, but directly to the egg-sour cream mixture. Vinegar can not be added, because. soda will extinguish the fermented milk product.)
  • Flour with baking powder must be sieved through a sieve.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg and sour cream mixture, stirring with a whisk. Add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. That's it, the dough is ready.

  • Wash the plums, dry them and cut them into halves, removing the seeds.

  • If you bake a pie in the oven:
  • line the baking dish with baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil. Lay out all the dough. Lay the halves of the plums on top, cut them up, drowning them a little. Sprinkle sugar over the plums. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees.
  • If you bake a pie in Princess:
  • line the pizza oven with baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil. I put 2/3 of the amount of this dough into the cold "Princess", fearing that the cake would rise and burn. I spread out some of the cooked halves of plums, cut up, and sprinkled the plums with sugar.

  • And I turned on the "Princess". The cake was baked for 18-19 minutes.
  • Transferred directly with the paper to a cooling rack.
  • From 1/3 of the dough and the second part, the plum made a second cake, thinner.

I have already used such a dough in the Crispy Chocolate Waffles recipe by replacing 0.5 cups of wheat flour with cornstarch and adding cocoa powder.
