Help with choosing a bowl for a multicooker - steel / stainless steel or Teflon / non-stick. Which is better and when?

There is also ceramic - everything burns in it (((
I'm more teflon

I don't even think about ceramics - a bad experience in the family (there were pans and a saucepan). Now only teflon or steel.

I like to cook soups in ceramic bowls, stew, and, of course, fry and bake in Teflon ones.

Thank you for the links, but only non-stick / Teflon and ceramic are discussed there, and I'm interested in how steel behaves.

And what about steel? Steel, there is steel, thick steel - you can shoot with it from a slingshot, and nothing will happen to it
In such a bowl, it is good to cook meat with bones, broths, and everything that does not weld to steel, and can scratch the coating.
You cannot cook porridge in it, frying is also problematic, baking will not work - but otherwise "wonderful marquise, everything is good, everything is good"

It is clear - then I take a non-stick
Thank you.

Tan, somehow you categorically wrote ... You have a bad experience with steel, or what?
I do everything in it at once! And porridge and pastries, and fry and steam and boil and carcass, and most importantly, the head does not hurt, that the coating will be scratched and some rubbish will start to stand out, which means you have to throw it away.
If you have experience in cooking in steel dishes on the stove, then everything will work out in the cartoon. And there are nuances in any bowl, and you have to adapt to them in any case.

Nata, I wrote, as it is, and how it can be, what can be expected from metal - so that later not to swear. There is experience in using metal.
And you can adapt to everything, even to Teflon and ceramics - this is how love will develop especially if you have not dealt with such bowls before, and there are no spare
