Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Peel the eggplants and cut into cubes about 1 * 1 * 1 centimeter.

  • Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

  • Peel and rub the garlic, you can pass it through a press.
  • Chop the greens.

  • Leave covered for 2-3 minutes for garlic and herbs to give flavor.
  • Stir and serve.
