Turkey meat bread with green vegetables

Ingredients

Turkey fillet, cut into small pieces 500 g
Zucchini 300 g
Green pepper 150 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 10 g
Breadcrumbs 50 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Salt 10 g
honey 10 g
Canned green peas 100 g
mint, parsley

Cooking method

  • This is exactly what I love about serving meat dishes. Nice, neat and tasty.
  • This time I have turkey fillets and green vegetables - squash, green peas and green peppers.
  • Getting started:
  • Grate the zucchini, add salt and leave for 30 minutes. Squeeze out excess liquid well.
  • Pepper seeds and cut in half. We do this in order to remove the skin from the pepper after stewing the vegetables.
  • Simmer vegetables in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, add meat at the end and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • We remove the skin from the pepper and send the meat and vegetables to the blender (with all the resulting liquid). You can also use a meat grinder.
  • Add eggs, crackers, salt, honey, mint and parsley to the meat and mix well.
  • At the very end, add green peas and gently mix into the minced meat, being careful not to crush the peas. The minced meat is pretty wet.

  • Let it brew for at least 1 hour.
  • Roll up your sleeve like candy, put in a mold

  • Bake at 180C for about 40 minutes. A beautiful brown crust will begin to form on the surface.
