Cooking method

  • I don't know if there is such a recipe on the forum or not, he decided to issue it, let it be))
  • The recipe is very simple and the waffles are delicious.
  • First you need to melt the butter in a water bath, in the microwave or over low heat on the stove, in general, wherever it is more convenient for you.
  • Put eggs, vanilla sugar, milk and butter in a bowl and beat everything with a mixer. I must say right away that there is no foam, but you just need to mix everything well or beat it up.
  • We take the second bowl and put flour and sugar in it.
  • We turn on the mixer and gradually pour in the liquid mixture and knead the batter, like on a pancake.
  • Heat the waffle iron. When it is warmed up, you do not need to lubricate, because there is enough butter in the dough, then pour it into the cells.
  • Bake until tender, in my waffle iron they were baked for 5 minutes 30 seconds.
  • In order for the waffles to turn out with a crust, they do not need to be placed on top of each other, otherwise they will become soft from the steam. But even soft, these waffles are delicious.
