I have eaten it several times and it was in the Czech Republic. Delicious when hot / warm. Therefore, I never did them for the future. It is especially wonderful to buy trdlo on the street on a cool day and unscrew the spirals from it to burst right along the walk. For me, aluminum simple tubes were adapted for trdlo, which are used for baking puff tubes, but they are much smaller than the original diameter and the dough was somewhat stuck to them, which is why I was constantly afraid to crush them (tubes, in the sense), pulling off the baking. Teskoma has this weighty stainless steel.

Teskoma released a set for trdlo, which impressed me incredibly)). I just bought it out of love for art and greed, because I had a lot of discount coupons. Buying for the full amount and without discounts is a nervous breakdown))).

I really liked the set, although for 1 reception you can cook no more than a couple of trdlo, which, of course, is not very happy if the family is more than two people. Especially considering the price they ask for a set. Still, yeast dough cannot wait so long (for the next batch). I liked the stand very much. You will see for yourself in the video that trdlo is not put on trays and racks. They are only put on the grill like a barbecue. Wooden "bobbins" on which the trdlo is wound rotate during baking with a special drive. In the oven, the drive will have to work independently))).

This is available on our site RECIPE TRDLO (TRDELNIKA) ... I tried the recipe from the booklet - everything is OK. In fact, the recipe is not so critical. Any rich yeast dough will turn out delicious.

This is approximately how it looks on the streets of Prague, in its eateries. Only the girl in the video makes a tourniquet outside the box: she does not roll it out, but cuts it out like a flat ribbon from a large rolled circle of dough.

I also used aluminum tubes for these tubes of ours. They are really smaller than that. They have a big disadvantage - they are easily deformed. Aluminum is a soft metal.
