fish broth 150-200 milliliters

Cooking method

  • Pepper vinegar.
  • 1Vilkovo earIn fact, the amount of pepper and vinegar can be anything. We just take the pepper, wash it, dry it, cut off the stalk. We don't touch the seeds. We put it in a jar or bottle so that the dishes are full. We fill all this with apple cider or some other 6% vinegar and put in a dark place for at least a week. The vinegar is ready when a distinct pepper smell comes out of the dishes. This vinegar can be added to salads, served with dumplings, and wherever you want.

  • 2Vilkovo earPeel the fish, remove the gills and cut into pieces. You can take additionally, if you have, heads and vertebrae with tails. I had the head, tail and skeleton of a carp, several steaks of a sea wolf (so the seller told me)

  • 4Vilkovo earCut the vegetables coarsely. You don't have to cut the onion.
  • 5Vilkovo ear We put fish in a saucepan, put vegetables on top, fill with water. Add bay leaves and allspice peas. Salt so that you lack salt to taste. Bring to a boil, remove the noise and simmer so that the broth does not become cloudy, until the vegetables are ready. Take out vegetables in one plate, and fish in another. Disassemble the fish into pieces by removing the bones. Strain the broth.

  • Salamur is a sauce for fish that makes this fish soup special.
  • 6Vilkovo earRub the garlic or pass it through a press. Add bitter pepper rings.
  • 7Vilkovo earRub tomato to garlic and pepper. Cut off the skin a little, press it to the grater. The skin will remain in your hands, and all the juice and pulp will go into the sauce.
  • 8Vilkovo earOpen a jar of pepper vinegar. We collect one or two small spoons.

A recognized tourist center: houses on stilts, there are practically no sidewalks, instead of streets there are canals, private and public transport - boats and catamarans. In Vilkovo, a nature conservation reserve "Danube Plavni" (Danube Biosphere Reserve) has been created, where on the territory of 47 thousand hectares. 65% of bird species registered in Ukraine are under protection. Among them are pelicans.
