Ingredients

Peking cabbage or white cabbage 500 gr.
Carrot 1 PC.
Small tomatoes 2 pcs.
Fresh medium cucumber 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper medium 2 pcs.
Garlic 1 clove
Salt, black pepper.
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil
Dill, parsley

Cooking method

  • Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, whatever your heart desires. I cut into small cubes. Rub the carrots on a medium grater, not on a coarse one. Garlic through a garlic press or cut very finely. Chop the greens finely. Salt, pepper to taste, season with lemon juice and vegetable oil. We mix everything You can also add soy sauce, it also turns out delicious, but this is not for everybody.

I prepare practically the same salad. Just sprinkle a little salt and wrinkle the cabbage.

Peking cabbage is an excellent base for these salads. You can change the ingredients (carrot, tomato, etc.) and dressing. And every time there will be a new salad. But winter white cabbage is still rather rude for such a salad (for my taste).
