Then we combine the resulting mixture with proteins and mix with a spatula from bottom to top, carefully so that the mixtures combine, but do not fall off.
  • Then put the resulting mixture in a mold, equalize very carefully so that the dough does not fall off, and put it in the oven at 170-180 ° C for 40 minutes.
  • We take out, let cool in the form. Cut into cakes, soak with tincture. Can be soaked in juice, syrup, any alcohol.
  • In general, everything is simple with cream: whisk butter with condensed milk, when the mass turns white and increases in volume, add cherry jam and whisk until fully combined. If the cream is too runny, you can add starch.
  • We coat the cooled cakes with cream.
