Light oat soup

Light oat soup

Ingredients

oatmeal 5 spoons
small carrot 1
bulbs 1/4
leek ...
parsley ...
olive oil ..
butter ...
cream ..
salt ..

Cooking method

  • Pass the onion in olive oil, add the carrots grated on a coarse grater.
  • Dip in boiling water, add oatmeal.
  • Add parsley and leek when the flakes are almost ready.
  • Add a small piece of butter, whiten a little with cream.
  • I poured in some boiled milk 3.5%

Note

When serving on the soup, put cubes of loaf croutons.
All for 2 plates of soup.

Today I cooked this soup in vegetable broth (broccoli and carrots).
I cooked everything the same way, but without cream. Great taste, I can tell you.
