Note

If available, add one or a couple of lemons.
Our lemons have risen in price disastrously two and a half times. I will wait for mine to grow to the desired weight and size.
I buy oranges for jam at the stock price when the price is good for.

Great for filling tarts.
You can put a spoonful of this jam on the curd.

Please tell me, I understood correctly that you need 300-400g for 1 orange. Sahara? or do you have other proportions?

For all the jam, for all the oranges. I put sugar in and taste, if the oranges are sweet, then I put a little, if sour, then I add sugar.

DonnaRosa,
And a little sugar and my favorite fruit.
And if you add a little cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to the jam, then the aroma becomes Christmas, (I hope so)
You have a gorgeous Calamondi, Donna Rosa.
I looked and my heart became more cheerful, as if little suns were hanging on the branches.

We don't add anything, only lemon, but all additives are optional.

And the suns are pretty sour, of which only jam and cook.
I also have Limonella, there are many fruits on it. I'll try to mix it with calamondin when the fruits ripen on these trees.
