Berry mousse

Ingredients

berry juice 500 ml
semolina 4 tbsp. l.
sugar ...

Cooking method

  • Bring to a boil and add semolina in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring at low boil, add sugar and bring to a boil, remove from heat.
  • Put in a bowl of cold water (I put it in a sink filled with cold water), let it cool slightly and beat with a mixer, gradually increasing the speed.
  • The mass should increase in volume, brighten, become elastic.
  • Arrange in bowls, put in the refrigerator overnight.

Note

Can be prepared from saturated cranberry compote or any other, as well as using juice.
The most delicious is obtained from cherry.
You can dilute jam syrup.
