Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l (measured)

  • As a result, the cooking time is 3.25 hours, after the signal about the readiness to take out the loaf, let it cool without covering anything.

  • I bake wheat bread with the same recipe except:
  • Water - 350
  • Wheat flour - 4 tbsp. (1 on a measuring glass)
  • Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
  • Powdered milk - 2 tbsp. l (you can also 1.5 tbsp. l)
  • I use the measuring cups from the set of the Mystery 1202 bread machine, pay attention to the measuring cup exactly 1 on it, and not the full one (I attach a photo).
