Ingredients

Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
Corn starch 0.5 tsp
White vinegar 0.5 tsp
For the sauce
Sugar 20 g
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
Strong coffee 40 ml

Cream (35%) 150 ml

Cooking method

  • Whisk the whites into a lather, gradually adding the icing sugar and continuing to beat until crisp.
  • Sift cocoa, starch into the mass, add vinegar and beat for another minute.
  • On a piece of baking paper, draw a circle about 15 cm in diameter.
  • Place the sheet on a baking sheet and lay out the beaten mass, flatten.
  • Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 100 ° C.
  • Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. The finished meringue should be crispy around the edges and soft in the middle. Cool completely in the oven with the door ajar, then gently transfer to a plate.
