  • From the moment when the bun is formed, we note the time and knead the dough for 10 minutes (if necessary, you can add flour, I had enough flour, the dough turned out to be elastic)
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl for 1-1.5 hours.
  • We knead the dough that came up and divide into 6 equal parts and form balls, I divided using scales, 95 grams each ball.
  • Then we take a ball and roll it into a tape, very thinly, I can see in the photo how the dough shines through

  • then, grease the rolled dough with soft butter and roll it into a tight roll, which we roll out a little, as if increasing it in length. So we cut all the balls.
  • Then we take the first roll and cut it in half lengthwise and roll a ball from each strip in the form of a knot, so that all the layers of dough are visible and hiding the ends below. Place in a muffin mold.

  • From this amount of dough, 12 pieces are obtained, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.
  • We bake at a temperature of 180 g for 25-30 minutes.
  • When they took it out of the oven, let it stand for 5-10 minutes, then put it on a wire rack, cool, then you can fill it with jam or cream in the middle, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, I stuffed it with pear jam.
