Pizza stuffed with cheese

Ingredients

Dough
milk, water (milk + water) 100g
olive oil (any vegetable) 20 grams
wheat flour / grade 160 grams
sugar 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
pressed yeast 3 grams
Sauce
tomatoes (tomato juice) 2-3 pcs (200 grams)
sugar to taste (1 tablespoon)
salt taste
spices for pizza (I have them ready) taste
garlic 1-2 teeth
Filling
mozzarella cheese 100g
suluguni cheese in sticks 100-120 grams
sausage salami 70 grams
a tomato 1 piece
basil option
corn flour (polenta) option
parsley leaves option

Cooking method

  • 6Pizza stuffed with cheesePour into a ladle or saucepan and boil on the stove to leave half of the juice. Add grated or pressed garlic, salt, sugar, pizza spices. Let it boil and set aside to cool.

the tomatoes were pre-dried in the microwave so that the excess liquid was gone. my greens are dried basil in oil, that's why the leaves are so dark. but very tasty, aromatic and tender. well, and added the mushrooms. I can't live without them
