Rye flour 200 gr.
wheat flour 200 gr.
yeast 1.5 tsp
sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I saw this recipe where I don't remember, and it became the most favorite bread for every day. The simplicity of the recipe is very pleasing. I mix water with salt, sugar and sunflower oil, pour everything into a baking dish, then add rye flour and lastly wheat flour. I put on program 07 and after (3 hours 30 minutes the whole family is enjoying bread. I hope you enjoy it too. Bon appetit!

Darnitsky Khlebushek has been baking for a long time and I know and love. There are similar recipes in the piggy bank, but there are a lot of them on the site. However, they still differ slightly. So it's always fun to try a new one. My son took it out without me ... and could not resist chopping off a hump ... crooked ... Yes, and early, did not let him cool down! The bread is delicious. On the Rye mode in Panasik 2501. The crust turned out to be Crunchy - hard as I like. And I did it on serum ~ I always do it on serum instead of water. The dome is not as round as yours ~ well, here I would add a spoonful of flour, but I did not follow ~ I ran to work.

So what? We measure flour by weight, not density or volume. The weight of different flour is always the same.
But the density and volume of flour will be different. For example, a cup with a volume of 240 grams holds 150 grams of wheat flour and 130 grams of rye flour.

And the density of the dough is in any case regulated by the amount of liquid. For rye flour, the liquid needs about 20% more than for wheat.

Therefore, we are not tormented by calculations, we take 300 grams of both flour, set for this amount of 400-430 ml. liquid and see how the dough will behave, how good it has a bread consistency, if necessary, we will partially adjust it by adding some water.
