Review of the multicooker Marta MT-4301

The multicooker is equipped with 3D heating technology - uniform heating from all sides, the "auto-heating" function - it turns on automatically after the end of cooking, and keeps it hot up to 24 hours, or until serving, in addition, this function can be turned off in advance. There is in the multicooker, and the "Delayed start" function - allows you to postpone the start of cooking up to 24 hours, and "Reheat" - allows you to reheat already cooled dishes. Also, the multicooker will save the program settings in case of a power outage for 1 hour, and the intelligent system will protect the device from overheating.

Multicooker programs Marta MT-4301:

"Milk porridge" - for making milk porridge
"Yoghurt" - you can make homemade yoghurts and put yeast dough on the proofer
"Groats" - for preparing side dishes from different types of cereals, including rice
"Pilaf" - cooking pilaf in various variations
"Steamer" - cooking dietary meals with steam
"Cooking" - for cooking pasta, meat, vegetables, drinks
"Soup" - for making various soups, including puree soups
"Stew" - a program for stewing meat, vegetables, fish
"Simmering" is a program for cooking dishes that require prolonged heat treatment: legumes, stew, etc.
"Russian oven" - a program for cooking dishes that require prolonged heat treatment
"Roast" - for cooking vegetable stew, roast meat with vegetables
"Pork" - for roasting meat
"Jelly" - for making jellied meat, aspic
"Frying" - for frying and frying products
"Baking" - for roasting meat, vegetables, fish, as well as for baking
"Multipovar" - in the program you can set the desired time from 1 minute to 15 hours, and the temperature from 30 ° to 170 ° in 1 ° increments, which allows you to cook any dish according to your recipe.
In all programs, you can set the desired time from 1 minute to 15 hours in 1 minute increments.

Additional features: preparation of cheese, feta cheese, cottage cheese, proofing of dough, pasteurization, sterilization, heating baby food.

Advantages of the Marta MT-4301 multicooker

Multifunctional device: there are all the necessary programs, "Multipovar" - you can set the desired time and temperature, "delayed start" - up to 24 hours, "Auto heating" - up to 24 hours, you can turn off in advance, the model is equipped with 3D heating technology. As for maintenance, everything is very simple here too: the inner lid is removable, the steam valve is removable, there is a container for collecting condensate, the body is "dressed" in stainless steel, easy to maintain. In addition to the standard equipment, there are tongs for removing the bowl, and the bowl itself, thickened with a ceramic coating.

Disadvantages of the Marta MT-4301 multicooker

The legs in the model are not rubberized - they slide on a smooth tabletop while stirring, however, the issue is easily resolved with a rubber mat, the tongs included in the kit do not inspire confidence - they look unreliable, so you need to be extremely careful when removing the bowl.

Well, I bought the first multicooker in my life. I thought everything was necessary or not. But in order not to clog my head with this question, I decided to let it be. In my small kitchen, its size is the same. The volume of the bowl under the rim is 5 liters and has a graduation for every 0.5 liters (checked). Top last risk on the 4.5 liter scale. True, the bowl is light, only 380 g (weighed), but the inner coating is ceramic. Let's see how the coating behaves. In principle, the bowl can be changed. I bought CSN in the retail network. I was satisfied with its functionality in relation to the price, but it costs 2885 rubles. I took a cartoon for baking (they say biscuits are good, let's try) and yogurt (I don't have a yogurt maker). So I will try these programs, others, in general, are not interested yet. I just took a biscuit out of it.

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 So the first biscuit is getting cold.

Added on Monday 03 Oct 2016 06:33 PM

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 I didn’t understand why he had some clots in the middle. This is not water. True, when I put the dough into the bowl, for some reason I twisted it around its axis clockwise and counterclockwise for several turns to tamp it. I probably shouldn't have done that.

Added Monday, 03 Oct 2016 6:52 PM

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 The height of the biscuit is 6.5 cm, generally normal. Sponge cake according to the recipe from the recipe book (included), 5 eggs, 1 cup (not to the brim) (230 g) sugar, 1 cup flour (not to the brim) (160 g). Only I did not add slaked soda as required in the recipe. According to the "baking" program, the biscuit should be set for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The default temperature is 140 degrees .. I first changed the time to 1 hour, and after this time I added 25 minutes ... And then another 10 minutes .. It turns out that in total my biscuit was baked for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Absolutely not burned out. The temperature did not change. Today it will cool down, and tomorrow I will cut it into layers (I'll see what it is inside, maybe next time I will reduce the baking time) and smear it with some kind of cream.

Added on Tuesday 04 Oct 2016 01:42 PM

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 Today I cut the biscuit baked yesterday into 4 layers. The upper last layer was cut thinly, since along the contour of the top, the edges are slightly convex (literally 0.2-0.3 cm), it will not go into the cake. The biscuit is completely baked, next time I will not bake it for 1 hour and 35 minutes. I will reduce the baking time to the programmed time of 1 hour and 20 minutes. This time the bottom of the biscuit was slightly fried and crusty. So we will shorten the time to remove the crust at the bottom.

Added on Tuesday 04 Oct 2016 01:50 PM

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 Here is a homemade version of the cake-pie collected, this is naturally not a festive version. And separately on a plate are pieces from the upper and thin layer, which is cut into 4 parts, greased with cream and rolled up. It's all in the case.

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 Well, here's the last photo on the same topic. Custard sour cream. The multicooker passed the biscuit baking exam perfectly. It is a pity that while this multi does not have anyone and I hang out here alone, at least shout ay. While quietly conducting a conversation with myself. The biscuit is soft, as it should be. Come in and help yourself
Natalie178
I would like to try this cake. In addition to biscuits, a lot of things can be cooked in it. And the recipes can be used from any multicooker, you just need to decide which mode is more suitable for yours. Master it, I'll be glad to see something new :)

.
The removable handle for multi-bowls is very convenient (unfortunately, I cannot take a picture), once upon a time the manager in the store advised me and said that the tongs break quickly, and the handles are durable and fit any multicooker. I have been using it for a long time - it is really very convenient and fits any multicooker. I saw on the website of the online store Eldorado and they now have a 20% discount.
Mila56
Marina, I do not use tongs due to the unreliability when taking out a heavy bowl of food. I perfectly manage with potholders (not silicone). What pens are you talking about? Not about silicone? Some kind of plastic, I would like to see the picture.

Marina, about such a speech? As far as I understand, it is attached to the cartoon and remains so during cooking? Yes, a good thing. And yet, it is attached exactly when it is already necessary to pull out the hot bowl.
Marisha Aleksevna
Quote: Mila56

Yes, Mila56, I wrote about this pen. Why did you decide that it is attached to the cartoon when cooking? When the multicooker gives a signal that the dish is ready, you open the lid, put this handle on the multi-bowl and take it out. She is very easy to take off and put on. Very comfortable.
Mila56
Yesterday I made yogurt in a slow cooker. This is actually my first yoghurt made in anything. I forgot to buy cream for him. Well, I mixed 0.8 liters of milk from the refrigerator + a jar of Activia bioyogurt + 4 tsp. Sahara. I poured it directly into the bowl (there were no jars prepared) and put it on the "Yogurt" program for 8 hours. I didn't change the time, the milk was cold, and I wanted to try the program.

Added Saturday 08 Oct 2016 06:36 PM

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 After 8 hours, she poured it into a liter jar (I found it by that time, otherwise after seaming for the winter, I still need to look for empty ones) and into the refrigerator. True, the temperature inside the bowl during cooking this time did not measure. Next time I'll measure it. As a result, this yogurt turned out, a spoon is not worth it, it falls. But in terms of density, like a thick store ryazhenka, something like that.

Added Saturday 08 Oct 2016 06:42 PM

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 The taste is excellent, delicate. I usually don't like sour milk painfully, well, except in the summer in the heat, but I drank this one (I actually ate it with a spoon) with pleasure. So I will continue to do it. and as for cream, it is possible without them to lower the calorie content. It will certainly taste better with cream.

Added Saturday 08 Oct 2016 06:46 PM

And today I made pilaf in it. In the program "Plov" did not change anything, the layout and the recipe from the recipe book.

Added Saturday 08 Oct 2016 6:55 PM

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 The pilaf is normal, the rice is not overcooked. I would compare the readiness of rice to the concept of "Al Dente" in spaghetti. According to the program, it cooks for 45 minutes and I don't even know, maybe next time I will increase the time of the "pilaf" program by another 10 minutes, or maybe not, it is not raw. On heating for 15 minutes. rice readiness has not changed. And so, I liked both pilaf and yogurt. Credit "Mark"

It seems to me that this is because you "disturbed" (poured) it after cooking. If done in jars, then we simply take them out and put them in the refrigerator, the yogurt will be thicker. I noticed that if you mix thick yogurt, it kind of liquefies.
Isn't 8 hours a lot? For store-bought starter culture, it is usually ready in 4-5 hours.

Luda, a lot of time for yogurt 8 hours - it could peel off.
I have a complete thickening in 4-5 hours and turn it off. And be sure to let it cool completely to room temperature, only then I transfer it to a jug with a large spoon, it turns out to shift it in layers, in pieces. Warm yogurt is always much softer and more stringy.

Clear. Of course, I will reduce the time, the more that I will cook yogurt in small jars, but it cooks faster in them (I read about this).
Lud-Mil @
Ludmila, after 4 hours you can safely check the yogurt. Tilt the jar slightly and see by its consistency whether it is ready or not. As a rule, he is already frozen, motionless. And 8 hours of the program are designed for the preparation of yogurt from pharmacy starter cultures, with them the process goes slower.

I had to attach the leftover sour cream somewhere, so I decided to test the sour cream pie in a slow cooker from the author lisa567. It still has a filling according to the recipe, but I did not make it. I just tested how my cartoon bakes more rich and calorie-heavy baked goods. Dough composition: flour 300 gr. , sour cream 300 gr. , sugar 3/4 cup, eggs-4 pcs. , butter-150 gr. , vanillin, baking powder-1 tsp. , soda-1 tsp. Baking took place within 1 hour and 20 minutes. The cake is good, not soggy. And the color inside the cake is for some reason not white, but slightly brown, as if adding cocoa.

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 Well, now you can drink some tea. Vkusnooo, kalorinoooooo. Grabs a small piece to eat. With such a large cake, you can feed a large family. So Martochka is also 5+. It's so good that despite the fact that I thought that multi can be perfectly done without, I still bought it. Moreover, in addition, I began to visit the idea of buying another cartoon. Sometimes you put yogurt in it to do it (at night I don't use such a technique, there is no need, and suddenly there is a short circuit in the electrical network, and I, as an electrician, know this very well), but I want to bake something at this time. Devisogolism attacks me however, but for now I hold on
Lud-Mil @
Ludmila, great cake! Your Martochka bakes well, but one multi is really not enough, especially when you make yogurt or baked milk.It turns out that the multicooker is busy for a long time, and then it just becomes necessary to cook something else. I would advise you to buy a pair of pressure cookers with Martochka.

Yes, I am thinking about this topic. But here's a cartoon or a pressure cooker, and taking into account that I cook a little, since I live alone. And I'm happy with my cartoon, so I want to try to bake a jellied pie with a filling in it: fish + cabbage. Only the dough is not with soda, but with yeast, the consistency of pancakes. True, today and tomorrow I work from 8 to 20, and then different things got under way in the city, I don't know when it will work out, and I have to finish the cake together with my son's family, and with my mother. But I don't know yet for what time of baking to put the planned jellied yeast dough pie. But there is still time to think about this topic.

The removable cover is very convenient. In the center of this cover there is a small round hole inside which a rubber ring is inserted. The removable cover is put on a pin in the top cover, it sways, but does not fall out due to being crimped with a rubber ring. Now I'll try to take a picture, the truth is a bit dark.
addresat
Thank you, I ordered a 4308 model for myself, it is very similar to yours, only the hour cover is slightly different. Can you measure the size of the bowl itself and how do you like the multi-work over time?
Mila56
The height of the bowl is 14 cm when measured with a tailor's meter, and when measured with a tape measure, it is 14.5 cm.Diameter (from edge to edge along the top) is 23 cm, and along the bottom, already in the narrowest part of 18 cm.From the bottom of the bowl, it begins to expand. At the bottom of the bowl cover from the outside, literally for the first times of use, a small circle (0.3 mm) appeared in one place where the coating peeled off. The rest of the coating is intact both inside and outside. But I rarely and carefully use it. When baking a biscuit, I first put parchment on the bottom. I did pilaf in it only once, as it is more usual in a cauldron on gas, and energy is not consumed. In general, for a long time I did not want to buy any multicooker, so as not to stock up on a small kitchen. After all, almost everything can be done on gas, well, maybe yogurt, but there are yogurt makers for it too. But I've heard more than once about getting a good biscuit in a cartoon, that's why I took it. I didn’t even cook porridge in it, I’m not lazy and fast and on gas. I guess I'm a conservative. But for this cartoon I bought a spare REDMOND RВ-А503 bowl with DAIKIN coating for the occasion and for the action in "Lenta". The bowl fit the size of the cartoon. And here not very long ago for 500 rubles. just in case, I bought a second-hand working cartoon of another brand in excellent condition and with a white ceramic bowl. As a result, all three bowls I have are interchangeable .. The filling continues slowly, I like when there is a supply in everything

Thank you very much ... but it's sad that the stain appeared on the saucepan - you had to contact the service, maybe they changed it right away.
Mila56
No, there is no sadness. This area, where the coating has slipped so small and it is on the bottom outside, and its size, i.e., the diameter, if visually, is smaller than the match head. This area does not increase in size and does not affect functionality at all.

Added Wednesday, 29 Mar 2017 09:43

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 Here is such a small area at the bottom of the bowl where the coating slid. Maybe sometime some grain of sand (and this was the first or second time using the cartoons) got on the heating disk, and this speck appeared. I repeat that the spot does not increase and does not affect the multi function. In short, there is no sadness about this. Although as I saw the stain for the first time, of course, I was slightly upset, but time has shown that it's okay. As for the service, I think this is not his case.
addresat
If it's outside, then it's really okay ... I'm very much worried about the inner coating, I had a slow cooker with Teflon before, I won't say that Teflon was of high quality, but somehow I got used to it - the slow cooker probably worked for about 6 years - during this time, the truth has changed once the bowl. But now it broke and I felt like no hands without it ... I got used to it ... I used it all the time, almost every day.
Mila56
Quote: addresat

Do not worry about this, the bowl can be changed by purchasing it for a special offer in stores. Yes, it seems to me that the Teflon coating is not very strong, or maybe it is Teflon that gets so bad. Probably each coating has its own operational life.

Almost every day there are promotions, now for butter, then for cheese, then for tea, etc. Stores of different chains are fighting for buyers, this helps us a lot. I bought a Redmond 503 bowl for a stock for my cartoon in "Lenta" for a price of just under 500 rubles, on that day there was a 50% discount on all equipment.

Have you tried the Stewing mode in your multicooker? Is it boiling a lot?
I think it's no longer relevant, but I haven't tried it.

Today, for the first time, I was honored to cook milk rice porridge in this cartoon. For me, cooking porridge on gas is not at all difficult, but rather as a sacred rite. You are in no hurry, the porridge is being cooked on gas, and you are watching TV next to it. But today I cooked porridge for the first time in a cartoon, not only in this cartoon, but in general for the first time in a cartoon. I used the recipe from the collection of recipes attached to the cartoon. For 1 liter of milk, +150 gr of rice + salt, sugar. I never add oil during cooking, because vitamins are destroyed during heat treatment. The default cooking time and temperature on the "milk porridge" program is 1 hour 20 minutes, the temperature is 95 degrees. Porridge (milk) did not run out during the entire cooking time, but it got to the lid (removable). During cooking, the porridge did not interfere. The porridge practically did not burn, except that its lower layer in the center of the bowl (the center of the bottom is not even at the bowl, but convex) acquired a caramel color. The rice is boiled as it should. Now I will insert a couple of pictures.

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 The cooking of the porridge has just ended and the traces of milk on the bowl and the elastic band of the lid show where the porridge was trying to escape, but did not run out.

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 And here is the milk porridge itself.
Conclusion: in the multi-porridge the test was excellent, in terms of density it turned out not thick and not liquid, but rather viscous. But when it cools down, it becomes very thick. But for myself I will correct this recipe. For me, milk porridge in pure milk is too sugary, I usually mix milk with water in a ratio of 1 to 1. And I will try to reduce the cooking temperature of the porridge to 90 degrees so that the porridge does not run away during cooking, at the same time it may be thinner and a little baking porridge to the center of the bottom will disappear.
addresat
Mila56, the porridge is cute in appearance, probably delicious, I also like to add apples or pumpkin.

In my 4308 model, in the Milk porridge mode, I cook pea soups so that they don't run away.

The pumpkin can be boiled immediately, and the apples would be later, before the end of cooking. So I guess.

Mila56
My cartoon has just cooked millet porridge. Milk with water was in a ratio of 1 to 1. And remembering that the last time when cooking porridge, rice milk tried to escape (the inner removable lid was in milk) today set the cooking temperature for porridge to 90 degrees, time did not change. Here is the result.

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 As you can see from the bowl, the milk didn't run out today.

Multicooker Marta MT-4301 The porridge turned out to be liquid, I like it that way. When it cools down, it will still thicken. The previous rice porridge was still a bit thick for me, but as it froze, then at least cut it with a knife. And this one is liquid for me. Well, maybe next time I'll test the milk mode. porridge at 91-92-93 degrees. But 95 degrees, which go by default, are still a lot for me.

Vika, the cartoon is doing well, no stocks have been identified. Baking a biscuit. I cooked porridge, made pilaf, yogurt and all of them not once, but still not often. Recently I have been making pastries in a tabletop oven, but not at all because Martha does not bake well. She does everything well and I'm just happy with this model. I like the fact that you can change the temperature (by 1 degree step) and you can, of course, change the time. I also like that the display always shows the cooking temperature. Not all cartoons have the opportunity to find out the cooking temperature in this way and have to look for this in the instructions. And I like the fact that it has a removable inner cover, you never know what can happen, but you can remove and wash it. Her bowl is still in perfect condition, but I will add that when I bake something in it, say a biscuit, I always cover the bottom with a circle of fiberglass, which I cut out for these purposes along the diameter of the bottom. Sometimes for these purposes I put a circle of parchment at the bottom and in this case the bottom of the baking looks better than in the first case, in which the bottom turns out to be tanned. But since I live alone, I rarely cook in it, especially since I also enjoy cooking something on the stove. I don’t cook soup in it, I don’t stew potatoes, and even sometimes cooking milk porridge on the stove, I get relaxation, that is, I like to cook on the stove. I am very, very pleased with the choice of this particular multi model. Everything that I needed in the cartoon is in this model. But I didn't even want to buy a cartoon at all, and even now I think that if the house has something to cook on, then you can do without multi. Well, for those who need it, I can safely recommend this model for purchase. I will add that in this case I only use silicone spatulas, spoons ...

Mila56, well, great that the cartoon pleases! and thanks for the feedback

then you can do without multi.
but who would argue ... but still it can be left unattended for a while, with the stove turned on, I won't even jump down for the mail or into the closet, but with a cartoon, it's easy.

Yes, this is especially true.

Luda! also urgently looking for an inexpensive cartoon. 9 people are going to the south as savages. the budget is very limited. I thought I'd buy a used one. I won't take my relatives from home.
this multicooker is 1499 rubles. and it has a manual mode, which is especially important for me!
the third day I rack my head - take this one or still look for a used one
Mirabel
Elena, is that? 25 euros approximately? : swoon: what is there to think especially .. in my opinion. brand new!
Is it enough for you for 9 mouths?
Anastasenok
aprelinka, don't even think, martas are excellent multicooker. I have such a temporary three-liter version now in my favorites, only she knows how to cook milk porridge so deliciously. Well, with a guarantee it is always nicer than a pig in a poke

this multicooker 1499 rubles
I did not understand something, 1499 rubles for a new one, someone asks or is it the price for a used one? Although if we say someone bought and does not use this one thing, not at all, but here the question arises, what if she will mow, it is not known how she will behave. If we talk about used and used well, then in this case, the former owner will at least know about how she performs her functions, whether she mows or not ... well, in this case, you need to pay attention to the state of the bowl, can change it it's time, and these are additional costs on vacation. Moreover, home cartoon (even a new one from the store, even a used one) is likely to be unlucky.

the budget is very limited.
In this case, there is another option, namely to buy not a cartoon, but an electric stove for 500 rubles or less, if it is used.
Let's say look in advance at AVITO in the place where you will rest or even buy a new tile in the store, it will still cost less than a thousand. But for such a number of eaters, it is necessary to choose a more powerful tile (although they are about the same power, but still the performance is different in quality), that is, look at what kind of email it has. wire (do not take thin), electric plug, etc. And as for this multi, I absolutely like it. But to buy a new one in order to leave it to someone in the place of vacation, not to drag it home, it will be a pity, however, for the money spent, and the same story is with the B / U-shnoy. And email tile is a simpler device, in which little can break. But you need a saucepan for it, or maybe more than one, and this will add again. consumption And another addition about email. tile, it's good that its top is made of stainless steel, and not painted, since the paint begins to crack from frequent overheating of the tile (we had something like this at work, one lady loved to cook everything for herself quickly and quickly for lunch, well, she turned on the tile at full power at once It was constant, well, and the result did not wait for itself, the paint was all cracked, everything was hammered into the cracks, do not wash properly). Now in DNS this cartoon costs only 2499 rubles. For such a good cartoon, with such functionality, this is a great price.

why don't we take it? We won't carry it on ourselves, but the car will take everything. I take it more than once. I also want to take it for travel.
I have mv-sv, baby redmond, in the village mv
but they are all needed not only for me
and so I think it will be convenient to put the porridge to cook for the whole crowd for breakfast at night. then pour the cereal onto the side dish. came from the sea, warmed the sausages in the MV (usually there are already in the guest houses) and dinner is ready.
very difficult with a motley company. everyone's income is different. so that there was no offense, we decided to eat at home. and I don't really like cheap catering. so I decided that it was inexpensive, and at the same time healthy fresh hot food.

you almost persuaded me ...

another question: in the reviews, many complain that porridge is running away
porridge runs in redmond too, I put on baby food and no problem
Has anyone already come up with a formula for setting a program for milk porridge?

ay !!!!
I ordered it !!! and even paid !!!!!!
at a super-super-super-super-super-price !!! 1499 - new !!!!!!

In in, and then I think, even if you carry it in hand luggage, really it is impossible to load one person out of nine, then everyone will eat. And if you take a cartoon by car, then of course you definitely take it with you. Your cooking cannot be compared to catering.

This is how such a price turns out, I look at the link, and the price is 2499 rubles. Probably bonuses were for an earlier purchase? Although there are no bonuses in DNS. they are in MVideo. For such a price, and even a new one, and with a guarantee, well, it's just a sin not to take

There was no smell in mine at all, but it is imperative to use it so that it does not let you down on vacation, well, and make friends with her

waiting for answers about milk porridge !!
You can see how milk porridge was cooked in my answers 30 and 35. As a result, I empirically determined for my multi the cooking temperature of milk porridge from 92 degrees to 94. When you want completely liquid, I set it to 92-93 degrees. I do not interfere with the porridge during cooking. Cooking temperature of milk porridge (answer 35) 90 degrees is still not enough. I cook milk porridge according to recipes from a collection of recipes, using my own program, there are no problems.

I think the price depends on the region!
really 1499, I also ordered a kettle for 699 rubles. all morning reviews shoveled on the internet

here comes the cartoon - unsubscribe then!
in one review it was written - my requests have increased, I want a top model mv.
there is a multi-cook in March. for me - the main criterion! and more coverage ...
I wonder what is in the tops that cost 14-15 thousand?
if only wi-fi?
but there is a respite. all the same, the products will not be able to lay in advance
I may not have felt the difference yet.

I especially like the multi-cook function that you can change the temperature and cooking time in increments of 1 degree and 1 minute. Not all multi-cook cartoons have such a small step. For me, just such a step was important.

The bowl, and it is lightweight, must be handled correctly, i.e. silicone spoons, ladles
From the very first day (and I have 5 years of experience) I have been using only wooden spoons, spades, etc. and everything is fine. But the silicone ones are idle.
