Zucchini pie A la pineapple

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 2/3 st.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Canned syrup 0.5 tbsp.
Canned zucchini enough to cover the surface of the cake
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vanillin pinch
Poppy 1-2 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour how much will the dough take to the consistency of thick sour cream

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
  • Continuing to beat, pour in lemon juice, syrup, add baking powder, vanillin.
  • Next, turn off the mixer and gently stir in the flour.
  • Pour the dough into, greased and sprinkled with semolina or breadcrumbs, a mold (I baked in a glass mold) On top of the dough, put the marrow from canned food.
  • Sprinkle the spaces with poppy seeds (to taste)
  • Bake at T = 180 * C for 30-35 minutes, depending on the nature of the oven.
  • The pie is not wet. With a good bunky crumb.

I do zucchini like this (autumn is not over yet, maybe someone will come in handy)
Zucchini - 3 kg (unpeeled)
Pineapple juice - 1 l.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Citric acid - 2/3 tsp. (dry)

Wash the courgettes. Peel and seeds. Cut into cubes.
Place in a saucepan. Pour in juice. Add sugar and acid.
Put on a "low" fire. After boiling, cook for 15 minutes.
Arrange in sterilized jars. Roll up.
