Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Wheat bran 20 g
Floral honey 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Dry yeast (SAF) 1½ tsp
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Water 180 ml

Cooking method

  • The simplest wheat bran bread. The weight of the finished loaf is 500 gr.
  • (I suffered for a long time, choosing the proportions - suddenly it will be useful to someone)
  • I grease the bucket and paddle with butter, pour in water, pour in the sifted flour (I use Sokolnicheskaya), pour salt and honey (or sugar) in the corners, make a depression in the flour and pour yeast into it.
  • for Redmond RBM-1908:
  • • Program number 1 - "Classic"
  • • Loaf weight - "500 gr"
  • • Crust color - "Medium"
  • During the first and second kneading (until the sound signal) I control the bun - if necessary, you can add flour or water.
  • I take out the finished bread on a wire rack, wrapping it in a cotton towel
