Egg bread in a bread maker

Ingredients

Dry yeast 1 tsp
Wheat flour 400 g
Salt 1 2/3 tsp
Sugar 1 2/3 st. l.
Powdered milk 1 2/3 st. l.
Butter 1 2/3 st. l. (28 gr)
Eggs 2 pieces
Water 160 ml

Cooking method

  • Add yeast to the bread pan. Then add flour, salt, sugar and milk powder. Then we take the butter, melt it in the microwave, and then add it to the baking dish. After that, take the eggs, break them and beat with a mixer. Add eggs first, and then water (I used from the filter). Bread is prepared for 4 hours. It turns out to be very tasty and aromatic.
