Ingredients

Water 200g
Cream 10% 200g
Salt 2h l.
Dry yeast 1h l.
Vegetable oil 60g
Flour 640g (+ -10g)

Cooking method

  • Dough in an oven, Dough mode - completely the whole cycle with proofing. (In total 2 hours)
  • The consistency of the kolobok is medium-soft.
  • The dough is soft and airy.

  • Tajik flatbread NonNow we transfer the dough to a floured table and divide it into several parts (depending on what size you want the cake). I divided by two. Roll the balls, cover with foil or cellophane and let the dough rise.
