Ingredients

orange peel 1 tsp
butter 150 grams
Cream 2
cottage cheese (I have homemade) 200 grams
cream 33% 4-5 st. spoons
powdered sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
vanilla taste
Orange juice 2-3 st. spoons
orange 1 piece

Cooking method

Delicious cake, I didn't even expect it. Despite the fact that I do not like (very mildly) orange zest in baked goods, here it was right in place. Without her, there would be no such aroma and taste.
The cakes roll out very hard. It took me about 10 minutes to roll out one cake. If not for this, the cake is very easy to make, and the taste is very pleasing.
The cakes rise very well, become fluffy and soft.
I baked the cake on my DR, baked it on Sunday, and ate it on Tuesday. Soaked very well. A couple of pieces survived for a couple more days, the cake was getting better.
There is no pumpkin aftertaste, although it is in the cakes and in the cream.
