Semolina porridge in a multicooker Philips 3060

Ingredients

Semolina 3 tbsp. l.
Selected milk 200 ml
Water 100 ml
Vanilla sugar, brown sugar, salt taste

Cooking method

  • Put semolina, milk and water in a multicooker bowl, mix well.
  • Close the lid.
  • MANUAL mode,
  • Temperature 90 ℃,
  • Time 40-45 minutes.
  • It is advisable to stir once in the middle of the cycle.
  • At the end of the operation, season the porridge with brown sugar (2 pieces are enough for me), a pinch of vanilla sugar and salt, if you salt.
  • And stir well again.
