Rice with chicken and smoked prunes

Ingredients

Chicken thighs 600 BC
Long grain parboiled rice 1 glass
Smoked prunes 10 pieces.
Water (steep boiling water) 500 ml
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard oil 100 ml
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Dedicated to Lyudochka-Rarerka, thanks to whom I got acquainted with smoked prunes.
  • Rice with chicken and smoked prunesMix mayonnaise, mustard and mustard oil. Pour the chicken over with this mixture and refrigerate for at least two hours. I had pickled the night.
  • Rice with chicken and smoked prunesSet the "Fry" mode in a slow cooker for 15 minutes and put the chicken there without marinade. No additional oil is needed, just what's left on the chicken is enough. After about 5 minutes add the washed prunes.
  • Rice with chicken and smoked prunesMeanwhile, rinse the rice well.
  • Rice with chicken and smoked prunesAt the end of the "Frying" mode, put rice in a multicooker, put salt, pour boiling water over it. Close the multicooker and turn on the "Rice" mode.
  • Rice with chicken and smoked prunesAnd in the end we get just such beauty! The meat melts in the mouth, the rice is crumbly, and the prunes give this dish a unique aroma.
