Galina, it should be very tasty!
I will definitely cook it!
I just love chicken liver.
Thank you!

Gal, very interesting quick recipe, thanks! In general, I think that the time can be reduced from 10 minutes of the regime, to 3 minutes, the chicken liver is cooked, for example, sooo quickly. Beef, yes, maybe 10 minutes.
But how did the prune affect, how did the liver taste like? It seems to me that it is a very good decent, non-spoiled recipe. I will definitely try it!
gala10
Girls, Elena, Tanya, thanks for stopping by!

When I cut the liver finely, then - yes, I set the time to 3 minutes. And here I left it in large pieces, so the time is 10 minutes.

But how did the prune affect, how did the liver taste like?
Prunes give a unique taste and aroma, but smoked. Dessert will not work here.
Rarerka
Gaaaalinaaaa Here it is, the master's grip. A week as familiar with this prune, and so many goodies have already piled
What a fine fellow you are!

gala10
Irina, I bought from us for 200 rubles, 600 - it's very cool! Now we need to try and make sure that the waste was not in vain.
MariV

Florichka
Yes, maybe they cheated me. It is on the market in Textile workers. Now, for the sake of interest, I will ask everywhere.
gala10
Irina, have you tried it already? If so, what is the impression?
Florichka
Not yet, how I will buy a liver or chicken with rice I will do, so I will try and be sure to unsubscribe.
Rarerka
Does it even smell like smoked from the bag?
No matter how you pack it, it smells like an adult through the packaging

Vooooot ... but she said it was harmful ...
Well, yes, if for a long time, more than a year with bones. And this one, which I bought from the Tajiks, is this year's harvest. A light aroma is present! Well, I never have prunes in any form. Yes, and only 500 g - in three doses, and crumpled!

And poisons - they are sometimes useful ... I may need it for medicinal purposes!

Here, I saw in the "Alphabet of taste"

Description
Large and juicy prunes with pits. Differs in sweet taste with slight acidity and characteristic slightly smoky aroma.

Nice price - for 200 g there are only 498 scars, but from France and without sulfur dioxide, it says on the side!

There is a small teaspoon. Now I'm soaking it - they treat it with something oily so that it shines!
And this is my own preparation, bought that Friday, blanched in a boiling solution of tea soda, then dried it. Certainly not shiny, but the smoky flavor was present!

You will have a fatter face.My small and wrinkled, sour and sooooo fragrant
It's great if yours is just as tasty
Florichka
I also have pitted and really different than just prunes. And in general, in this dish with liver, prunes are most delicious.
gala10
Olga, thanks for the photo.
It turns out that you can buy such a plum on the market (well, I don't have a garden) and prepare it yourself? And it won't be worse? More useful - for sure.

Irina, have you tried cabbage soup with prunes yet?

Ludaprobably a different variety. Mine is more sweet than sour. Fragrant, yes.

Galya, I bought this, self-dried, also in the "Five". A little for experiment. And I did it with a bone, and without it. If you wish, you can try to do so. Baking soda isn't sulfur dioxide after all!

Dap to hang in grams?
How much soda for how much water? At what temperature to dry?
MariV
1 tablespoon of tea soda per liter of water. It boiled, threw plums there, held it for a minute, took it out. Glass water for drying. I first in the oven at T100 degrees with the door open 3 times for 40 minutes. Then in my usual very simple dryer - well, it took a long time, I turned it on for an hour, then left it. Then she turned it on again. T in my dryer reaches 60 degrees. And I just tried.

I did it simultaneously with and without bones. It turned out more fragrant with a bone.
gala10
Olga, thanks! I copied and saved your post. Now I'm using it next year.
MariV
Galya, of course, troublesome. But here I am today, when I washed my own soap, my hands were oily. Is that what they smear it with? Previously, Soviet, they did not smear anything like that. Maybe Luda has a different one?
gala10
Quote: MariV
hands were oily
And the prune I bought is not oily at all. And the surface is matte. Obviously not smeared with anything.
Rarerka
Ol, I may have already got used to it. It does not seem oily to me.
For objectivity, let's ask about the impressions of the girls who have already received my packages and tried this prune for the first time
MariV
Luda, perhaps you have another. I bought the first batch with a bone in another store - it was not so oily.
Florichka
I also have a matte dry not oily. I'll try the cabbage soup with hot, I'll get to the dacha for my cucumbers.

Irina, I even envy that this yummy is still ahead of you.
Ledka
Rarerka, Lyudochka, thanks for the prunes. Received today. Delicious, sour. Mine is shiny and oily. Very little smoky smell. I’m afraid that I’ll eat it like that, and it won’t last for cabbage soup and liver
gala10, thanks for the recipes. I really love meat with prunes, and it will be even tastier with smoked
