  • The dough turns out to be plump, I even feel a slight "rubberiness", but it's delicious. I didn't eat with sausages, just buns or like bagels, I cook quite often. Products do not crumble and the taste is very interesting.
  • You can take any yeast dough, I can say I use a universal one.
  • I cut the sausages into several parts, it's just more convenient for me. If you use mini sausages, then you can take them whole, if the sausages are long, then it is better to cut them.
  • Wrap each sausage in dough.
  • We dilute a spoonful of soda in a liter of boiling water, and literally for 30 seconds put all our sausage buns in boiling water. We catch it with a slotted spoon, put it in Tristarchik and bake for 20-25 minutes, you can turn it over to make it more golden.
  • You can also bake in the oven, in Miracle, in Kuzinka and wherever you have the opportunity to cook pastries.
  • It's delicious, fast and satisfying.
  • I also cook buns without sausages, sprinkling them with sesame seeds, if bretzels, then with coarse salt.
