Shortcrust pastry baskets

Ingredients

oil sl. 200 gr.
sour cream 50gr
sugar 1/2 st
maenez 100gr
torment 2.75 st
soda 1 tsp without a slide

Cooking method

  • Soften butter, mix with sour cream, sugar, majoña.
  • Knead the dough.
  • Met. Grease the molds with oil. put on a lump of dough, shape into a basket.
  • Bake at +190 until lightly browned.
  • Cool, fill with any cream, jam, whatever you want.
  • I cooked a stack of store puddings, sprinkled with crumbs from the honey cake layers.

Note

This recipe is not supposed to lay an egg, but I put one.
I apply a dense cream with a slide. In this case, a liquid pudding filler was used, so it was not filled to the brim. You can sprinkle with nuts, chocolate or whatever you like.

Donna Rosa, are the baskets very sweet, or can they be adapted for a salad? So they look optimal, for one bite, but can there be any fruit salad, or meat salad?
I'm already looking for ideas for filing for the New Year.

brendabaker, You can make not a sweet dough and mold tartlets from it, but they should be completely thin-walled. You can put salad in these. Salad tartlets are sold ready-made, they don't have to be expensive. I have never done it, but at our corporate office they bought ready-made ones and put the salad in them themselves.
