Ingredients

Cakes:
Chicken egg 7 pcs
Wheat flour 70 g
Cocoa 50 g
Corn starch 40 g
Sugar (fine) 180 g
Black chocolate (grate on a fine grater) 80 g
Cream:
Black chocolate 250 g
Milk 125 g
Butter (soft) 250 g
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Glaze:
Black chocolate 70 g
Cream 30-35% 70 g
Dark chocolate for decoration 75 g
Cherries in their own juice (fresh or frozen) 400 g
Syrup:
Cherry juice in own juice 100 ml
Cherry liqueur 2 tbsp. l.

It is better to bake in separate biscuits - 5 pcs., But if you can cut the biscuit evenly and evenly, then you can bake with one biscuit - 40-45 minutes. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites in a fluffy foam and add sugar without ceasing to beat. Whisk until firm peaks.

Heat milk to 90 "C, add chopped chocolate to it, let stand for 2 minutes and stir until smooth. Cool completely.

Heat the cream to 90 "C and place the chopped chocolate in it, let stand for 2 minutes and stir until smooth and smooth. Cool slightly and pour in the middle onto the top cake layer. Tilting the cake slightly to let the icing spread evenly. Place in the refrigerator until full cooling the glaze.

Chocolate sides. Cut a tape from baking paper, the length of which is equal to the volume of the cake, and the width is equal to its height. Melt the chocolate and apply it to the ribbon in a random pattern. Let the chocolate harden slightly.
