That is why cookies are called lingering .. I thought that since it takes so much time - well, it's easier to buy it .. But that was 10 years ago .. Now I have a kneader, and I try to cook baked goods myself, I don't trust the current ones food production technologies ..
  • Making these cookies at home is not difficult at all: you need the simplest products for this.
  • The benefits of these cookies are low sugar and no butter, can be prepared as a lean or dietary meal.
  • Preparation:
  • First you need to grind an egg with salt, add sugar and beat until it dissolves, then add milk and butter to them and mix thoroughly. Flour should be mixed with soda in a separate container, gradually adding flour to the egg mixture - knead a thick dough, almost like dumplings - even tighter. I don’t know how anyone was kneading there - but it’s a lot of flour for this amount of liquid ..

  • P.S: the dough is tight and rolls out quite hard, I periodically turned the roll out dough layer, so it was easier to roll out.
  • To cut / squeeze out the cookies with a mold, you also need to make an effort, the mold must be sharp for better cutting of the dough.
  • If you don't have a sharp cutter, use a knife: simply cut the dough into triangle squares ..
  • And one more thing: the thinly rolled layer of dough dries out rather quickly due to low humidity, so you should not salt it, the dried dough is pressed worse by the mold.
