Bread sticks with sesame seeds

Ingredients

Dry yeast 2 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Salt 5 g
sugar 5 g
Water 175 g
Sesame 50 g

Cooking method

  • A recipe for sesame lovers and for everyone who wants to “crunch” - bread sticks with sesame seeds!
  • Bread sticks with sesame seedsSift flour into the mixer bowl. Add yeast. Stir lightly. Pour in water, sugar, add salt and knead with a “hook” nozzle for 5 minutes. The finished dough is quite sticky and elastic.
