I had chicken giblets. Hearts and navels boiled in Shteba on Meat, pressure 0.7 for 30 minutes.
Then I fried everything according to the recipe.
True, I didn’t work out quite right with the wine - there were not enough remnants of nutmeg, I had to add the remains of Spanish sherry with a pain in my heart, and when this was not enough, the Crimean aligote was used.
All this apparently only improved the taste, and the aroma was simply impossible! The most tender are chicken navels, next time I will put more of them.
In general, a very successful recipe will now be included in my repertoire, thank you!
